Happy with all aspects of this company. Luis came to the rent house and took pictures and showed me the need for a new roof. It was apparent that a new roof was needed. Luis was always available to answer my questions. Had four companies bid on a roof replacement. Austin Roofing gave me the best price. The roof replacement was started and completed on the same day. A few days later, the roof was inspected by Nick. Was pleased with all aspects of this company. Have other houses and will give Austin Roofing full consideration to do another roof replacement.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this roofing company. Luis went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns about materials and installation techniques, taking the time to meet with me personally. Not only did they stick to their schedule and budget, but they also subcontracted the tricky job of removing and reinstalling my gutters, ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction despite a few hiccups along the way. Plus, it's awesome to know that they give back to the community by donating a portion of their profits to a local nonprofit. Highly recommend these guys for their expertise and their heart!

Really great company! These guys do it right. Billy came out gave me an estimate right away after the repair. We noticed a small gap in the skylight. He sent the guys out ASAP to repair and I couldn’t be more happy with their service! I will definitely use them again in the future.

We are pleased with our new standing seam metal roof from Austin Roofing and Construction. We were grateful to have had Luis C as our project manager because he was both a transparent and excellent communicator who kept us informed of the schedule and next-steps. He also listened to our questions and/or concerns throughout the entire process in an open way and addressed each one. Also, the demo and install teams were professional and respectful of our property and cleaned up and left the site clean each day.

We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience of replacing our roof with Austin Roofing. I got estimates from 5-6 companies and Luis was the best communicator, answering questions and interpreting our conversation into a project that was accurately estimated. The workers were tidy and it was completed as discussed in the promised timeframe. We had to have some fascia and gutter repairs, which other companies don't do. Austin Roofing saved us from having to get another contractor, and then beautifully matched our materials and colors. We now have a lovely roof and no lingering contractor issues. Whew! Billy came out and inspected our roof within a day of my call. He was able to get an estimate to the insurance company and get our repair scheduled quickly. The crew came on the appointed day and discovered additional damage but took great before and after photos for our insurance company to show that additional work was required. My friend referred me to Austin Roofing and Construction for a roof replacement after we had hail damage, and they did not disappoint. From my first call with Luis we felt confident about the decision to go with them. Luis instilled a sense of confidence and honesty in the initial conversations and they did what they said they were going to do. These guys are GREAT!! In fact, they were one of the best companies that I have worked with in my entire experience of building a home. I had a new roof put on my house but the prior company I hired did not finish the job. Austin Roofing finished it by adding some critical custom flashing and counter flashing. It was a little tricky to deal with what the prior roofer had done inadequately, and they also added flashing to a specially designed rammed earth (concrete and dirt) wall/roof that hardly anyone has experience with. They were thoughtful, deliberate, understanding, careful, responsive and genuinely cared about doing the job very well. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Very professional. Wow - Austin Roofing exceeded our expectations at every turn! The estimation was clear and accurate. Luis Cardena was the reason we booked this job- he was so professional and knowledgeable, and he walked us through the whole job. They scheduled us with in a week. The supplies were delivered efficiently, and the laborers arrived right on time. They did the entire job (and we have a crazy roof!) in one day. The laborers worked with great attitudes, they were even singing up on our roof while they worked. (We were packing inside, and it was a good reminder to our whole family that hard work is no excuse for a bad attitude!) They covered and protected the area around our home - moved all of our personal items and laid tarps out around the entire house. They finished the job last week, and it would be hard to find any evidence of them having been here, other than our beautiful new roof.Invoicing was accurate and the office has been very available for all of my questions.I wish every business operated as well as Austin Roofing! Great company to work with. They were referred to me by neighbor whose roof was replaced. I was impressed watching their work from across the street, spoke with the neighbor on their experience, and decided to use them to replace a roof on a home I sold. Super professional, thorough, and efficient. Completed entire job in 3 days. Not the cheapest quote, but not the most expensive. I couldn’t imagine getting a better experience and result going with a company charging more, so I’m completely happy with my decision. They also worked well with my real estate agent when I was unavailable, and referred to us a solar company that could remove and reinstall my solar panels around the roof replacement schedule. 5 stars. He showed us a few issues we were unaware of just looking at the roof from the top. Ultimately they were able to do our complete roof replacement with some additional structural work for less than the other 2 companies we had bid were willing do do just the shingle replacement.
