These guys helped us from start to finish, a complete, turn-key money-saving project-including working with the Insurance company. Justin and Jeremy, and their crews did outstanding work, including clean-up. They also provided advice, so we chose to add money-saving attic insulation, ridge vents, new flashing, RADIANT BARRIER, new exhausts for furnace & water heater, and replacement trim boards where needed. Everything is now freshly shingled, painted, and looks like a Million Bucks, all for a great price. I had 3 companies come out to estimate a new roof. All 3 of them said rain was getting into my addict. Justin however went above and beyond. He sealed the holes before I even hired him. Having a damaged roof and dealing with insurance companies can raise a person's stress level, but Justin Byers swooped in like a superhero and saved the day (and my sanity). Justin rearranged his schedule to coordinate with the appointment I had made with the insurance claims rep. He has worked with many insurance companies through the years. The inspector and Justin went up on the roof to examine the hail and racoon (yes, racoon) damage, and somehow, magically, when they came down, a new roof was approved by the insurance claims rep. I was hope for that, of course, but was not expecting it as a previous roofing contractor who gave me an estimate had indicated the damage was probably not enough for a new roof.The claims and repair processes were explained by the insurance rep and Justin, and within a few weeks, checks were issued, shingle color selected, and work was scheduled. The actual job was completed in a day (removing and replacing shingles, clean-up, hauling off). We've had several storms and hard rains since then and no leaks, no roofing nails washed up in the driveway, etc. All is good!Thank you, Justin, for making this a smooth process.Service: Roof installation

Great experience with Austintatious! I had a skylight kind of fall apart on me after cracks from old hail damage kept getting worse.
