Horrible!!! I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with this company. Please stay clear! The money you think you will save will not be worth the poor service and communication. My experience has been similar to the other post. I called them back the same day of service to report some problems I noted with my roof and was told if he could not get the worker to turn around he would be back the next day, which did not happen. After that all my calls went to voicemail for 3 days and no one ever returned my call. I went online which is where I found another number and called and was told someone would come out on 3 additional occasions. Each time no one has shown up. Of course the check cleared in 2days! Save yourself the headache and use someone else!

Stay far far away from this company.... Our roof was installed by them (previous owner) and it has leaked twice in 6 yrs.. first time they came and repaired, but the second time whoa. I called and spoke with the old lady and she said she'd send someone out. 2 days went by without a word so I called again and got voicemail. I left a message saying that I hadn't heard back yet and was wondering when we might expect someone. Nothing. Called back MOnday morning and the old lady accuses me of calling her and chewing her out and threatening to turn her in. I told her that I only left a voice mail, and a polite one...and she said "i don't know what your on, but you called me, it was you, i know your voice.... blah blah blah, basically getting out of a roof repair by acting nuts. Seriously... the guy who put the roof on our house spent $9300, and it has been a huge rip off.

Stay clear of this company! They installed our roof 3 years ago along with roofing our back porch. We called them to come look at some leaking on the back porch and they did the same thing that they've done to other customers...they never showed up! They promised over & over that they would. They are rude too!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! BEWARE!! FRAUD!!Did Not have required tools.Roof leaked a week later.Constantly put us Off. Would Not Return Calls Nor Come Back!
