Very pleased with Branded Roofing and the professionalism they showed throughout our roofing experience. Brooks, our salesman, assisted us with our recent hail damage claim. He was very honest, straight forward and knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. His roofing crew placed tarps over all of our landscaping in the front and back of our home as well as our swimming pool. Absolutely nothing was damaged in the process and the roof turned out spectacular! After the September, 2023 storm brought massive hail damage, the need for roofing was high. There were tons of roofers. Zac Pickle also stopped by. However, he was the first to bother to listen that I understood the process, would only work with those offering quality materials, competent crews, and competitive pricing. I was in no rush, and Zac remained patient and responded to all of my queries. When I was ready, he was there to complete the process, materials ordering, and on-site with his foreman and crew for the job. They completed the tear-off, installation, and cleanup in one day. The cleanup included magnets to pickup any stray metal; definitely cleaner than prior installation I've dealt with. I appreciate the non-push, yet available presence and willingness to work on my schedule!

After the hail storm we had roofers contacting like crazy.. I don't think I could've made a better choice! They came out immediately and were here when the adjuster came. Took the time to explain everything and never once left a question unanswered! Best experience for an unexpected and not so fun situation. Highly recommended!! Brooks you are the best!
