I've used them for my own roof more than once due to hail damage. Being a local company, Caden is knowledgeable about local HOA requirements. They work with insurance companies to get you the best coverage. Workers are experienced, polite, efficient, and clean up after the job.

Fareed and his crew are amazing! Very responsive and knows his stuff. As a former specialist at Lowes and Home Depot I really do my homework before I proceed with an installation. Fareed walked us every step of the way through extra roof ventilation to the best color options and protection. Rarely do you find a diamond in the ruff and I have to say if ever I need another roof Caden Roofing is the company I will always pick. As a former insurance adjuster in Kansas, I know a thing or two about hail, roofs and roofing companies. When my roof got destroyed by a storm, Fareed and Karen were absolutely splendid in helping me get the insurance company to honor their policy! Once that hassle was over, the Caden team of 10 professional roofers descended on my roof like a storm of locusts. They arrived right on time and torn off and replaced my 4,600 square roof in less than 8 hours. It was truly amazing to watch them work so efficiently. When they left, I looked in the yard for remnants from the project and I could not find a single nail left behind which is unheard of. In all of my past experience, Caden Roofing is most honest and professional roofing company I have ever been involved with. For people who know me well, I can be borderline OCD on some things (alright, a lot of things!) which is why I work on my own vehicles and on my house whenever I can.After all the hail storms I needed a new roof and I can highly recommend Caden Roofing.Fareed was friendly and professional, helping me along the way with the insurance company and answering all my questions. His workers did an excellent job. They showed up on time and were done early in the day. They were respectful of my property and my yard was very clean when they left.I wish more compagnies/contractors had this level of customer service and craftsmanship.

Caden replaced our roof last year and it was a great experience. A year later we had a leak and Fareed was quick to respond and discovered that the problem wasn’t with the roof but there was an issue with the chimney cap. Fareed went above and beyond to connect us with a contractor to repair the cover. Highly recommend Caden.

This is the company you want to do your roof! They absolutely want to make sure every customer gets the best roof possible. I wasn't really that excited about selecting shingles for my roof replacement (shingles are shingles ... right?), but Fareed's interest and concern for the look of the finished job was infectious and I ended getting interested and being very proud of the look of our new roof! They went the extra mile to make sure the installation was done right and we were happy with the work! Fareed and Karen are a real pleasure great to work with and their pricing is competitive. We needed a good roofer after the ice storm on our beloved 50yr old damaged house, and we had an excellent experience with Caden Roofing.Fareed was very thorough looking over the roof and letting us know what he saw and also listening to our concerns. We had a leak in the roof of our home that had been an issue prior to us owning the home. We called Caden for a quote on the repair and we could tell right away that they were honest and genuine about their work, instead of pushing us to file a claim and get a new roof like most companies would do. When the repair happened, we were out of town for a wedding so Fareed was diligent in following up with detailed photos of the work as well as a phone call to explain the repair/additional findings in detail. Looking for a roofer sounds daunting b/c you know a roof replacement is a big deal. Fareed is an excellent project manager who took the time to discuss my options, the quality of the Owens Corning line, and he always made me feel like I was the only customer he had. I am pleased with the scheduling, quality of service, and communication from Fareed to Karen in the office. The supplies for my roof replacement were delivered at the time mentioned, the team came out to replace on the date that was scheduled and everything was done in 1 day--1,200 sq ft roof. Working with Caden Roofing was an excellent experience, from the estimate to the final walk-thru. Fareed took the time to walk around my neighborhood with me, pointing out different roofing systems, to discuss different color options, materials, textures, and aesthetics. He dropped off several material samples for me to look at. There was no hard sell, he spent time asking questions about what I wanted and needed, then promptly provided a quote. Caden Roofing was a pleasure to work with on our roof replacement claim after the hail storm. They made everything super simple for us and coordinated everything with the insurance company. We were also able to get a package deal on replacing our gutters so everything was taken care of at the same time.Best part was how friendly and helpful the owner, Fareed, was through the entire process. Fareed was great to work with and also worked well with my insurance company to make roof replacement as quick and painless as possible. His crew fully replaced my roof, including several sheets of decking, with multiple and steep pitches, in half a day. I made a serious effort to evaluate reviews here on Google Map, on Yelp and elsewhere to be sure I was getting a reliable and skilled roofer. After comparing Caden to several other highly regarded roofers, we chose them. Why? From my assessment and the time spent prior to hiring Fareed and his team, it was obvious that Caden Roofing was flexible in product choices, was readily accessible at all times, could answer any question with candor, was detail oriented, was knowledgeable about working with insurance companies, and would be fairly priced.How did the job go? Within the scheduled dates. Completed in less that 2 days (2800sqft, one floor home). A pleasant crew that communicated well with each other and Fareed. Premium products. Great advice. No problems. No excuses. No discrepancies between promises and delivered services. Extra effort (my roof had some limited rot; they pointed it out, and fixed it within the budgeted amount. Subcontracted out gutters as promised and that was done as promised. All payments from insurance were paid and all obligations were met. We have just had all our shingles replaced and I cannot praise the professionalism exhibited by Caden Roofing enough. Fareed, the owner, is a true gentleman and 100% keeps his word. He is very knowledgeable and will talk through the important minutiae and ask probing questions to ensure that the service he is providing – and promising – is spot on. Karen, Caden’s office Maanager, was super-efficient and provided everything we needed to feel comfortable with the project, and the crew was attentive, cheerful, highly skilled and thorough. Their clean-up afterwards was impeccable. We could not have asked for better. I did a lot of initial research and am so glad to have selected Caden Roofing. A new roof is a big decision to make correctly, and it is a relief that I got this one right. And as for the cost, Fareed’s quote was significantly less that his top competitors. Great experience! So happy and thankful I found these guys. When I contacted Caden roofing, they were able to come out, free of charge, and give me quote. When meeting Fareed for the quote, he explained to me my options in easy to understand details. At the time, my Ins. agency was not willing to replace my roof (even though Fareed and I thought it needed to be replaced). Before even hiring Fareed and Caden Roofing, Fareed kindly helped me to get my Ins. agency back out for a second opinion. As a result, my Ins. agency finally decided to replace the roof. For a fair price, we hired Fareed and Caden Roofing to replace our roof. The company did a fabulous job, the roof looks great! They were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Just days after completing our roof, we had some moderate to light rain for about 2-3 days. So far everything looks great! While examining the attic, no leaks observed! I would highly recommend Caden Roofing for any of your roofing needs, they will certainly take care of you.
