Although there were a few communication issues at the beginning and frustration on our part because of it…the house looks amazing! Jeremiah was our sales representative. We lucked out with him. It’s our opinion he’s the best. Then there is the installation crew. They were all great but the two that we communicated the most with were Jose and Saul. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was picked up. They left the entire yard cleaner than when they started! And were so careful not to trample plants and bushes. We appreciate that. Before Dabella we were talking about selling the house but now after all the compliments from neighbors and friends we might stay. We highly recommend Dabella for your siding. Great company!

Derek and Michael P were super helpful, they gave an awesome informative demo, laid out all our options for the project and did their best to make sure it was doable and within our budget. They never made us feel pressured as if we had to make a sale, they wanted to make sure we knew their intentions were good, answered all our questions and in the end helped us decide on new windows for our home. Ray and Maribella came out and spent7 hours answering all the questions my wife and I could come up with for replacing our windows and even did an unplanned roof inspection. We received quotes from other companies but the costs, quality, and double warranty policy sealed the deal. We look forward to our window installation and I plan to revisit my review after the installation.

The delivery was 3 days late. The installers were great! There was one missing window and so far I have heard no info. The installers left on Friday the 19th and I still have no ETA on the window. Communication is lacking here at DaBella

This is my first time doing a having to replace my roof and lesson learned In January 13 2024 I was approached by Dabella roofing I did my roofing with them due to wind damage I decided to replace the roof. The roofers did a decent job but as a management keeping their word I lost my trust. I tried to claim insurance and I did tell Mr Josue that I am in the process where the adjuster was coming to check out the roof I was told by Mr Josue that if I needed any document for my claim they’d help me with it. My insurance asked me for itemized invoice or some sort of receipt to show them stating the material and labor cost so they can increase the amount on my claim but I just kept getting runaround of “my manager is working on it” or at one point they also said they sent it and I called my insurance multiple times to check and they never received anything from Dabella besides the contract I signed which doesn’t really show what material is being used or anything specifying what exactly I’m paying for which also raised a doubt that if I’m being over charged. It is march 12 and not my insurance or me have received anything regarding the invoice. If your home owner and your trying to make an insurance claim due to wind or hail damage on roof or replace the roof I’d look somewhere else because after you sign the contract they will sweet talk you until the cancelation date is passed and now your stuck with full amount with nothing to show to your insurance for claims.

Matthew Cameron followed up with me in person for an estimate on a new roof on my home. I can't complain about Matthew at all, he is a great and friendly salesperson. Sadly the timing is just not right for me to spend the money on my roof right now. His boss Caleb was also very flexible and patient with the back and forth, I commend him for that. Hopefully he understands that it's not Matthews fault, and the timing just doesn't work.Matthew listened to all of my concerns and questions, showed me the options available, and was a great conversation. He seemed to be very knowledgeable in the products and the company he works for. He even was friendly when directly challenged on specific points. At no point did I feel I was being unfairly pressured, and the things they did to try and accommodate my budget and constraints were above and beyond what I have come to expect from salespeople. Legitimately if I could I would be having a new roof installed by DaBella.The price offered was more than fair, and I was sad to send Matthew back to home base without a closed sale. He legitimately deserved the close. When I do look to replace my roof I will be contacting DaBella, and hopefully if Matthew is still there, I will give him that sale.
