I have been working with Paul for years and I can’t say enough good things about him. He has done a number of roofs for me and will even help talk to the insurance companies when they are being difficult with accepting a claim. I have recommended him numerous times to friends and family and always get positive feedback from them. Paul’s best characteristics are that he is very trustworthy and always puts the customer’s needs above his own…to a fault. He only knows how to do things one way and that’s the right way. He is the only roofer I will ever use. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

Paul and his team are great! They did an awesome job replacing my roof and installing a solar vent. Paul gives a timely bid, he is very honest, explains everything in as much detail as you want and will answer all your questions clearly to make you feel very confident in your decisions. His team came out and started working the same day the shingles were delivered. The crew members are very nice, picks up everything and are efficient. The roof looks beautiful! I met Paul Kraft of Eurocraft in the weeks following a hailstorm in April last year. He was easy to work with and was recommended by my insurance company. On the day of the repair, the crew Paul sent was incredible. They showed up before dawn, with 12 guys. They were like a beautiful orchestra repairing the roof, each man doing his job efficiently and well. They completed all four roofs on my property in one day! This was incredible. Many other jobs on homes in the neighborhood went on for days. Eurocraft did a great job and cleaned up after. Paul came a few days later and collected one check which equaled what I had been paid by the insurance company, and had agreed with Paul. No negotiation or any of that at the end. They referred us to Paul at EuroCraft and had nothing but great things to say. After meeting him, we understood why: Paul knows his stuff and answered all our questions, he gave us multiple options tailored to our budget, and he was friendly, reliable, and always in touch throughout the process. His installer, Hugo, did an incredible job on the installation and made sure everything was perfect. Paul and his crew replaced half the windows around our house and did a spectacular job. Not only was their quote lower than others, he was very upfront and honest about the work. The craftsmanship was really good too, you wouldn't be able to tell that windows have been replaced. They even redid some of the trimmings around our patio door. After the work was done, Paul came by one last time to inspect the work. You don't see that very often.I will call Paul next year when we need to replace the rest of our windows.

EuroCraft replaced our composition shingle roof which had been damaged by a storm in June. We chose to upgrade to a standing seam, painted metal roof, and the entire experience with this company was extremely positive. Paul Kraft was outstanding in working with our insurance claims rep to ensure that we were receiving the maximum benefit covered by our policy. When it was time for the work to begin, the crew that arrived to remove the old shingles were professional and very efficient. We were really impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. The roof installation crew also did wonderful work; each surface was carefully fitted with metal which was custom-formed on site. The last step was installation of custom-color seamless gutters. The new roof is beautiful and has greatly improved the street appeal of our house. Many of our neighbors have stopped to admire it and compliment us on the color (we chose aged bronze). We find ourselves going outside to gaze at it often. Paul Kraft and his teams at EuroCraft have our wholehearted and sincere endorsement.

Eurocraft was great to work with on my windows. They were flexible and provided guidance as I tried to figure out both timing in regards to other home model projects and what matched the best. We had tried for months to battle our insurance company's assessment that only a portion of our roof needed to be replaced after a small leak occurred caused by a wind and hail storm. We had even found a company that specializes in maximizing insurance claims, taking a percentage of the increase as their fee, and they had no success. In a last ditch effort, we spoke to Paul Kraft at EuroCraft Exteriors, who happened to be replacing someone else's roof on our street. He inspected the roof and then helped us challenge the insurance company once more. He met the insurance adjuster when he came to inspect the house again and pointed out of all of the damage present. He was also relentless in calling them to get updates and plead our case. In the end, he was able to get them to reverse their decision, such that a whole roof replacement was now being covered. They even added funds to replace our gutters and window screens, as well as to repaint our decks -- all were not contemplated in the initial adjuster's report.He then quickly went into action, helping us select the shingle and getting his crew scheduled to replace the roof. They were extremely pleasant and worked very hard for long hours to get the bulk of the roof replaced in a single day. They came back to finish off a few items, paint the metal parts to match the color of the singles, and clean up the yard and bushes around the house. We have had some decent rain since then, and all is solid.Paul Kraft and his crew value word-of-mouth referrals, so they strive to make sure that everyone is happy when the job is done. It worked for us, and we certainly would recommend EuroCraft Exteriors to anyone.

Paul and his team did a great job. Our house was built in 1969. We bought it 6 years ago. Now, it feels brand new. 9 windows and 1 door. We love it. Paul put a giant (4x5?) picture window in the dinette. It's amazing. Every morning I sit and stare at my garden and the birds that I could hardly even see before. I wish we'd done this years ago. Also, Hardy Plank siding on the only non-bricked side of the house. It's perfect.If your house is older, like mine, you'll have to wait about 2 weeks for the windows to come in. So the windows were delivered on Monday, job was complete on Wednesday. That's fast!I intentionally waited a month to write this review. I am still very happy.

This was a tough siding job, and Paul knew it. One thing I like about Paul, the owner, is he's a straight shooter. I took bids from several companies and out of all them, Paul was the only one who didn't use what I call, doublespeak, he was honest and consistent. And the finish looks fantastic!
