My experience with Gallery Built Roofing Solutions was a positive one with quick follow-up and follow-through. I met with Taylor Johnson on a Friday when I was available to meet. We had discussed my roofing situation, he then proceeded to look at my roof, and the paperwork from my insurance company. He then advised on what the next steps would be to ensure I had a roof that was redone. True to form, everything Taylor explained occurred as he mentioned. My roof was redone in one day, I received a check from my insurance company a few days later, and I received several calls from Taylor afterwards, to ensure I was happy with quality of work and to answer last minute questions I had.Taylor Johnson is a true professional who is knowledgeable, skilled in his craft, and will go that extra mile to ensure his clients are happy and satisfied with the work that was done. Entire experience was great. Taylor Johnson was extremely professional and handled everything better than I could have expected. When we first spoke I wanted an estimate because the roof was in rough shape but he was actually able to get my insurance out there and cover it. I recently had Gallery Built Roofing install a new roof on our home. From the minute I met John, the customer liaison, I felt taken care of. He was able to help me with insurance questions and talk to the insurance agents, as well as discuss the entire process along the way, in terms that I understood. We had the most positive experience with Gallery Roofing Solutions! Taylor provided the best customer service, was always available to answer any questions or concerns, and was not a high pressure salesman. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to set all the expectations, and followed through with any thing and everything that he said would happen. He came by the next day, after our roof was replaced, to make sure the clean up was acceptable and even mailed us a new lock that was somehow misplaced. It was delivered by mail and he called on the day it was delivered, again to make sure that we were satisfied with the service and the work. Although we are bad at being adults, we are so glad to have worked with Gallery Built Roofing to repair our roof after the 2016 hail storm that hit most of San Antonio.Once we finally got to it, Taylor was great to work with! He was really flexible in making time for us before, during, and after the job. They worked directly with our insurance company to obtain supplemental reimbursements so we didn't have to do any of that. The work was completed in one day (7:30-5). And overall we are super happy with the end result.If you're like us and waited to repair the damage, give Gallery Built Roofing a call!

Great experience. John walked me through the whole process with my insurance company. Very professional and willing to go above and beyond. Him and the crew took great care of my property. Very pleased with my roof/gutters. Helped me with a few other things too. Overall good, trustworthy people which is hard to come by these days. Would definitely recommend.

Chris Barry and his crew did a wonderful job. Chris explained all of the financial details and was very helpful in making the insurance claim. There were a couple of issues with our roof along the way and he took care of them without adding more cost to the final bill. He was on site quite often and his crew was quick and thorough. Jake is fantastic to work with. He did everything he said he would do when or sooner than he said he would do it. Was on the job from start to finish and no detail overlooked. Worked directly with the insurance company and was a stress free process for me. The result was a beautiful new roof in about 3 days. Best home contractor I have ever worked with.

Jake and Gallery Built Roofing were great to work with. Jake took care of all of the insurance issues. He was on site during the installation. The house look new and is the best looking on the block. AND it didn't leak during the 4.5 inch downpour.
