I can't say enough good things about Hargrove Roofing! Rafael was absolutely the best in navigating me through the whole process of getting my roof replaced. It was my first time filing a claim with my homeowner insurance. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from beginning to end. I appreciate that he was also very thorough and meticulous in his communication of every detail of the roof replacement. My roof and gutters were replaced and show superior quality and craftmanship. If there were 10 stars I'd give them all to Hargrove Roofing.A simple replacement of a roof has resulted in making life long friends. Seriously!My now late mom's roof needed to be replaced PLUS there was mold from a leak in the former roof causing mold inside her hallway, while she was still with us.Not only did Coach Ab and his staff respond to this in a quick professional manner, they made sure to comfort my mom in her final months during the replacement of the roof and made sure she was going to be safe with a 5 star roof over her head. They also repaired the damage indoors all within a few days.The follow up was tremendous and literally going the extra mile. You don't see that often in this modern day.Hargrove Roofing is like family and they'll make you feel the same.Thank you all for helping our family through a tough time.

Hargrove did a great job start to finish. Anthony walked me through the hail damage insurance claim process, discussed my options, and got the job moving pronto. He was always in communication throughout the job, including weather postponements. His crew showed up at 7AM and worked non-stop until the job was complete. The guys were all very professional. They cleaned up everything and cleared out by 5:30PM, then Anthony checked in with me again to confirm completion of the job. Highly recommended.

Never had a clue what to do about a roofing claim, and like many had heard so many horror stories about the process and fly by night companies.Hargrove to the rescue! Knowledgeable, professional and well established. Good quality workmanship. Outstanding customer service. Mr. Powell helped every step of the way from dealing with my insurance company, who initially denied my claim, to tracking down a cover for my skylight which seemed hard to find. On a visit to deal with flashing around my chimney, he even helped find my puppy, who had escaped through a gap in my fence while we were in the back yard.

We hired Hargrove Roofing to replace our roof that had been damaged by hail. Unfortunately, our roof had additional problems. Not only were the shingles damaged, some of the old decking underneath was rotten, and most of it was not up to code (insufficient thickness). Coach Ab at Hargrove clearly explained the issues and we made the decision to replace the decking to bring it up to code. With both the decking and shingles needing replacement, it ended up being a two day job. The crew worked hard from 7 am to 9:30 pm both days and we are very happy with the results. Hargrove Roofing is working directly with our insurance company in order to get them to pay as much as possible. Thanks to Coach Ab, Adrian, and the entire crew. We highly recommend Hargrove Roofing.

I had placed a search on Angi's website for roofers. Charlie from Hargrove Roofing was the first to response. He was professional and courteous on the phone. We set-up a meet and greet to go over how the process works. When he got here, he wanted to inspect the roof first and when he was done, we went over the process. He assisted me with calling the insurance company regarding to make a claim. He walked me through the process and was able to set-up a meeting with the insurance representative. Charlie also attended the meeting to make sure everything was explained to me without any hidden agenda from the representative. Once the process was clearly presented, we scheduled a day and time to start the project. Charlie was always prompt and explained how things were going to happen. The workers arrived and started early in the a.m. and completed the project the same day. Charlie sent me pictures as the work was being done. I was appreciative of that I was kept in the loop. They were all professional and worked with a smile. I highly recommend them on any project one might have.

He was very professional and explained exactly what they would do.The team sent to remove the damaged roof and replace it with new shingles was very professional and thorough. I had roof damage as a result of an ice storm in February this year and my insurance covered all of the damage less my deductible. While waiting to decide what to do about the roof damage Paul Powell came by and left a door tag on my door. I called him and the rest is history. Paul found hail damage done to my roof prior to the ice storm which resulted in a second clam that was covered by insurance. I turned the entire matter over to Paul and he handled everything in the most professional manner.The job was completed in one day even thought the temperature outside was extremely high.If ever I need roofing work done I will call Paul Powell at Hargrove Roofing Contractors for certain.
