Hermes did a great job. They completed the job rapidly. I had a leak from a hail storm and didn't know it until it rained. From the time I contacted Hermes until the time I had a new roof was 1 week. I was impressed with Landon, Peter and their team. The actual installation only took a day and it solved my issue. They also helped me understand the insurance process (I've never had to put in a claim before). They helped me pick the roof color and I think it looks better too.I also want to point out that I have had some challenges with other contractors in the past so I wanted to go with a company that had a positive track record. On top of the roofing expertise, he was able to work directly with my insurance company to ensure that all fixes were covered and we didn’t have to pay for more than we needed to. The Hermes team absolutely exceeded my expectations! I had developed a major leak in my roof recently, and in less than a week of starting my project with Hermes I had a brand-new roof installed. I, also, want to commend Jesse for the excellent work he did for me. The installation itself was completed within a day, which gave me and my wife the peace of mind we needed. The whole process couldn’t have been any simpler they took care of everything with our insurance company and guided us through the whole process. Was very professional and knowledgeable.Answered all our questions, gave us needed information.Came back out when our insurance appraiser arrived and there again helpful. Explained everything to us. Did every thing he said he would. Had roofing materials delivered on time, roofers arrived in time next day. Roofers went to work right away an removed old roof, put new roof, completed same day. Cleaned up all old materials, staples. Everything. The roof color was perfect, the roof looks fantastic, yard was cleaned. They were efficient, professional, friendly.Can't recommend them enough. Hermes Renovations did an excellent job on my new roof. Landon Wells not only helped me out with roofing material selection and alternatives, and assistance with my solar installer, but most importantly, he was able to work with my insurance which originally denied the claim for hail damage by issuing a thorough report with photos of the hail damage that the insurance company adjuster "missed" after which the claim got accepted. Highly recommend Hermes!!!

I had hail damage on my roof from the large hail storm. Landon did a great job walking me through the process of filing a claim and working with my insurance company. When they came to do the repairs, Landon and Peter went into my attic to make extra sure there would be nothing immediately underneath the roof that could potentially get damaged from their installation. I have solar panels and they removed and replaced them before and after the roof repairs. They also did a great job cleaning up after the roof was done. I highly recommend Hermes for any of your roofing needs.

This company's team put a new roof on my two story home after it received some hail damage. The work was done properly, quickly and per our agreed upon schedule. Coming from the construction industry, I was very impressed with their safety practices and management supervision. Job cleanup was also excellent. I worked with Landon at Hermes Renovations to replace the roof on my house in North Austin. Landon was highly responsive - I was never in the dark about what was going on. In addition, after the roof was done, someone spent an hour and a half with a metal detector to find any debris that fell off the roof and dispose of it.
