Our experience with Holden Roofing, Devin Richter in particular, was absolutely five star customer service. From start to finish things ran smoothly and on schedule. We had zero problems from our perspective as homeowners because we were kept informed and updated regularly. Communication was always a quick turnaround and the finished project was completed on time with excellent service from all of the crew. I highly recommend Holden roofing because they handled all of the details. From explaining the project timeline to negotiating with insurance we relied completely on Devin’s expertise. We worked with John Winn last fall to replace our roof after a hailstorm, and I was very impressed with him and with their company. He was very easy to communicate with, was very knowledgeable, and always answered any of my phone calls or texts promptly. It was the easiest roof experience that we’ve ever had, and we’ve had a few! Naturally, when we moved about a month ago and needed to put rain gutters on our new house, I contacted John again, and once again, he was so easy to work with. I am very pleased with my experience with Holden Roofing. My contractor, Devin Richter, was recommended by my neighbor and it was a great recommendation. Devin was very sharp, very helpful and very responsive. He walked me through everything that was going to happen, explained the whole financial aspect, helped me file the claim online, and spoke directly to my insurance company to get everything we wanted. Tim Carr and Holden Roofing were fantastic to work with on this project! There were several complexities to this one, including an uncooperative insurance company. Tim was very communicative and thorough with the process which included hiring a Public Adjuster and ultimately an Attorney. He was there every step of the way. As for the roof installation and quality of work, I could not be happier. They worked through scheduling challenges and the crew was very attentive and clean. I strongly recommend using Tim Carr and Holden Roofing.

Timothy was excellent at providing on site assessment and coordinating with insurance. Tim was highly professional and provided us product knowledge. The job was completed as planned and the new roof looks excellent! The crew cleaned up post installation and have not found any nails in my yard. Due to the regular climate change induced hail storms in Texas, in December I had my second roof in three years put on by Holden Roofing. They have been great to work with. My contact, John Winn, answered all my questions and worked closely with my insurance company to make sure everything got fixed and paid for. They were easy to contact and flexible to my schedule. Timothy was so professional and diligent. He was appropriately consistent in contacting us and our insurance (who were slow to act). He provided all the information we needed. He and his crews were where he promised when he promised. He told me that our gutters would be prepainted to match the house. I took that with a grain of salt because our paint was not a standard color. We had adjusted it from the standard. But when the gutters were installed (better than the previous) they matched perfectly. Though the insurance made our roof replacement a difficult process Timothy made it so much easier!

Where do I begin... My man Michael Mancilla, at Holden Roofing, went ABOVE and BEYOND for my roofing project and house needs. Truly 10/10 experience and I would refer him/Holden to every friend and family member.From start to finish, Michael was very communicative, personable and more importantly, he cared. He cared about my house and my concerns, opinions and questions.He treated my house and roofing replacement project as if it was his own. I got multiple different roofing quotes from various companies and it was clear from the minute I met Michael and Holden Roofing, that I would select him/them.Dealing with the insurance claims and the whole process can be stressful but Michael answered my every question and made sure I felt comfortable through the whole process.He was on time for every appointment and was here in person the day the insurance adjuster came to review my roof, which helped put me at ease. He walked through the whole claim with me from insurance and made sure I fully understood the claim.From phone calls, to text messages and emails, Michael made sure I had every update and he communicated clearly with me on the progress and updates of my project (removing/re-installing solar panels, when the roof materials would be dropped off, when the crew would be there, etc.) He truly was a pleasure to work with and Holden Roofing did a fantastic job.Holden Roofing is lucky to have such a great employee and guy like Michael on their team. This house was built in 1997. In 2017, Holden Roofing replaced the roof. In 2021, we bought the house and inspection hadn't seen any problems and the roof was only 4 years old, so this made sense to us. In 2022, we heard dripping coming from the chimney when it rained. We called up Holden Roofing and they said the warranty was only good for 3 years. I wouldn't recommend Holden Roofing because even if they were going to offer to fix it, why would I let them do it poorly a second time? What else are they going to do poorly? I'm hoping my new roofing company does a better job. (Not pictured: water damage to some wood, too)

I had a roof replacement in September last year with Holding Roofing. Paul Beam was my contractor that i worked with to have my roof done. I am very pleased to choose Paul as my contractor.He helped me to make a claim with my insurance company and worked with my insurance to get the most amount for my roof. He also provided a couple of options on how to make a payment without stress .Paul is also very patient with his customers. He spent time with us to explain all the detailed questions that we need to clarify before deciding to do the roof. He also responded quickly with phone call or texts on questions or issues.I definitely recommend Paul Beam as roof contractor if you need to find a contractor for your roof.

A friend recommended Dustin Crosby at Holden Roofing. Dustin is thorough in evaluating the hail damage, and helped us through the process from insurance, scheduling roofing in two months (to avoid Spring hail season in Austin), and ensuring a clean environment after roof replacement. The new roof worked great from recent storms. Dustin has been very responsive to any questions we had during and after the roof replacement.Dustin and Holden did a great job for me.
