Josh kept me well informed all the way through.The installation crew arrived on time as scheduled and completed the install the same day.There was a little issue with the way the trim was painted that I didn't complain about, but at the follow up inspection, Josh saw it and said " I don't like that " and had the installers back the next day to correct it.I highly recommend JASB, and will use their services in the future.

I hesitate to write the truth about this company and crew only because we already want to use them again for another project and want to be able to.The professionalism, skill, workmanship and courtesy are the new Hallmark in the home improvement industry.We did pick up some trash at the end of the project but it wouldn't even fill a sandwich baggie. The items I failed to move out of their way were replaced upon completion. My pets were not even distributed during the construction.Our thirty plus year roof is as sound and beautiful as the first and the new covered back porch looks like a cathedral. Tight, straight woodworking lines, no drips or smears in the paint.We are blessed to have been directed to Audie and his staff.If you even think you will be pursuing a project you would be cutting yourself short if you don't at least have Audie and Keffer out for an estimate.We're looking forward to our next project.We thank God for sending us honest, skilled prossionals.Smiles

They did everything written in the contract. They did not do anything they said they would do. Simple things like discussing matters with insurance to find ways to make it cheaper for me. Nothing shady, but even if there was no way to get more from insurance there was no discussion of it. Foreman/main guy I talked to was barely there. They got paid and that’s all that mattered. They didn’t give me an exceptional experience. Not using them for anything else. They replaced roof, siding, trim and a window. The work done was ok, there are are areas they rushed, didn’t make it look as good as it could have been. 3 1/2 stars. I got what I paid for.

Top quality company. First, they showed up on time and engaged with me on what I wanted and what they recommended. A few days later they sent me a quote and a few days after that they followed up by email. Their quote was the best I saw. After I committed I changed my mind on one detail. They were very willing to make the change I wanted with no argument. There was an issue with one of the contractors doing part of the job wrong. They were not happy and brought in someone else to do it right, at no extra charge. Scott and Audie are old-school professionals that know what they are doing and will treat you right. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very satisfied customer, and I hardly ever say that.Update - in March 2024 I contracted with JASB to do the siding on my house. Same result. Prompt quote that was reasonable. The job was delayed a little due to weather but that was beyond their control. Good people, quality materials, finished on time. They had to do a couple of extra things, but the charge for that was minimal and acceptable. Again, great company - highly recommended.Service: Roof installation

Had 1970s single pane aluminum windows replaced with new thermally broken aluminum windows by JASB. They performed a high quality installation with thorough cleanup. The team even made a quick fix to our front door so it seals correctly.No shortcuts or shoddy workmanship from Audie’s team. Will be using them for other projects in the future for sure.

A couple of our neighbors had siding replaced and other exterior work, we saw that it was JASB Solutions. We spoke with our neighbors and both recommended JASB. So rude. Made an appointment for an estimate as me and my husband are gathering information to make a decision on siding providers. The man-who was very grumpy when I made the appointment anyway-called me the day of the appointment to tell me I should wait until my desired project time to get an estimate. After I told him if my time frame didn’t work for him, I’d find someone else, he hung up on me. There are literally thousands of siding companies in Austin and one does not have to put up with rude pushy people. HUGE red flag.

We have had a great experience with JASB Solutions. We finally decided to move forward with getting a patio cover installed especially with the Summer heat arriving. Audie (owner) and Scott (project manager) came to our home in order to provide a quote. They got back with us a couple of days later and we were able to begin our project quicker than expected. The process was simple and easy. I was worried about the process due to this being the first big project we’ve ever decided to do to the home. The crew who built our cover was great and worked quickly. Scott and Audie were very responsive to our calls, texts, emails and questions. We had to unexpectedly change the original plan for our roof and they were quick to respond and make the needed changes. They explained the patio cover to us but the final result exceeded our expectations. You can tell the patio cover is great quality and you wouldn’t be able to buy something like that at Home Depot or any store. It was definitely worth the price. I look forward to working with them again in the future with any other projects we decide to do. The best part is your supporting a small business. You will not be disappointed and we recommend them to anyone that needs exterior work done.

They replaced the siding on the back of my house with LP Smartside and put an 8 inch trim piece on the bottom as well as both sides where siding had minimal damage at the bottom and did not need replacing. This should help avoid damage from sprinkler system. They also painted the upper chimney, allowing me to paint everything below the roof line myself. They also replaced all trim around garage door. Overall, they saved me a great deal of money by finding a great solution and allowing me to do the vast majority of the painting. Other companies were not willing to give me a bid that did not include painting because it’s such a money maker. They did a fantastic job on my house and on cleaning up. I highly recommend them and they will be my first phone call for future projects.Service: Exterior painting

I am doing a complete remodel in East Austin (Cherrywood). I had Audie replace the old asbestos siding and install new Hardie siding and paint, as well as some framing. I can't say enough good things about Audie and his crew. Very fair and detailed estimate, great attention to detail and great communication. Easy to work with on any changes requested. His prices were very fair and competitive, but the level of detail in the estimate and the walk-around was much better than others that submitted an estimate on the project. I would not hesitate to hire his crew again or recommend them with the strongest positive review. Very happy with the outcome!

JASB was a terrific contractor. Audie, the owner, came out quickly and offered me a sample book of the Hardie siding we wanted and offered suggestions as well as pricing options. His price was competitive and he put our "small project" in between larger ones.His team of two was efficient and worked hard the tree days they were here. They also cleaned up my yard well at the end of each day. There was one "tiny issue" that I mentioned to Audie and he had his guys back out there instantly to address it the same day.Would highly recommend. These siding projects are costly and I would use him again without a doubt should the need arise.

We contracted with JASB to replace our aging and cracked vinyl siding with Hardie siding. We chose them because a neighbor of ours also used their services, and recommended them highly. Our experience was likewise great. First of all Audie gave us a quote that was clear and detailed, and he carefully explained the process and the timing. The work crews were fantastic and fun to watch - clearly masters of their craft who worked efficiently and professionally as a team - and that included the removal of 2 layers of old siding, repairs of rotted studs discovered (thank goodness!), installation of the new siding, painting, and gutter installation. Strongly recommended.

Siding of my house was damaged by tornado, some boards were torn off. Called several siding specialist companies. JASB is the one that gave quickest response. After seeing the photo I sent to them, they came out same day to evaluate the damage and gave me reasonable quote. The came a few days later and completed repair. Everything looked great. The whole process is very well communicated and couldn't go any more smooth. 100% satisfied.

We asked JASB to replace the siding and insulation on our thirty year old house and repaint when they were done. We also asked them to fix a leak on our patio cover. Best experience with a contractor we have ever experienced! From bid process through the very end of the job, everyone did their jobs perfectly. We walked around the house looking for items to put on the "punch list" once the job was done and found nothing to put on the "punch list". Alex(the foreman) and his crew were very professional and detail oriented and made our house beautiful.
