We worked with LFM on the remodeling of 2 bathrooms. The experience from beginning to end was very smooth. Kevin was awesome to work with. He helped with every step of the way, was available for questions and advice all the time, and was genuinely a person that cared and wanted to make sure the final outcome exceeded our expectations. The project was done on time and the price was reasonable. Would definitely use LFM for future projects and would hopefully get to work with Kevin again.

We contracted with LFM to remodel a small kids bathroom and had a great experience with Tommy, Jose, and the rest of their crew. The bathroom had not been updated since the 70s and a small leak from the plumbing was starting to cause water spots on the ceiling of the room below. We had several companies come out to bid on the project but ultimately chose LFM because we trusted them and worked well with Tommy.The project went smoothly and Tommy frequently stopped by to check on progress. I really liked the WhatsApp thread used to communicate since it kept everyone on the same page. They also provided an easy to use spreadsheet to help track what we needed to purchase for the project and when we would need it. Tommy was always great to jump in and provide recommendations when we got stuck since this was our first remodel project.Our goal was to open up the room as much as possible since it was originally small and crammed. Tommy and Jose did a great job providing recommendations and confirming what we could and couldn't due with the space. They ended up creating a lot more space by removing a doorway frame, removing unnecessary soffits, and converting the door to a pocket door. The rest of the crew was always friendly and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They were also easy to work with for any remaining punch list items. We love the final result and the kids are so happy to have a new (pink) bathroom to use.We also ended up adding a few small projects at the end since we had such a good experience with the team. We had them re-insulate our attic, including removal of the old insulation and foam boards. They also demoed a built-in cabinet in our hallway and repaired the wall so we can make the space more usable.Overall the LFM team was great to work with and we'll reach out again for our next project!

Our remodel project was a fantastic experience! We had our fireplace and fireplace wall built, and curtains installed in our high-ceiling living room. BIG Thanks to our project manager, Tommy. He is not only extremely nice and helpful, but he's also incredibly responsive. Tommy would promptly address any questions or concerns that arose during the project. His professional suggestions were invaluable in guiding us through the process.Tommy's team was also impressive. They delivered outstanding work, completing the entire project within just two weeks. Throughout the project, Tommy would come to our house to ensure that everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions we had at key milestones, such as after finishing the framework or installing the tiles.The end result is amazing and closely matches our original design, turning our living room into our dream space. We are truly satisfied with the project and highly recommend Tommy's team to everyone.

I used LFM for an exterior remodel - replacing old siding with hardie and painting the exterior of the house. I also needed to replace a structural beam in the garage that had been previously damaged which required reframing the garage opening.From the beginning the LFM team was great. David was super personable and provided a quote quickly. Communication was quick and easy. They helped manage the permit process and walked me through the process for obtaining engineering plans.A few days before the project the LFM team stopped by to set expectation for the project and timing, introduced me to the project managers, and set up ways of communicating.Most of the work was done by two guys who were great. Efficient, clean and respectful of the home. Being an older home we had one surprise - the LFM team provided me with options for addressing and we were able to do so.I'm a little Type A and the project manager and office manager were patient with my questions and always happy to chat.All in all, great experience and I would definitely use the team again.

LFM helped us replace ceilings, repair a rotted wall and fix some structural issues. They also tore out a raised bed that was creating drainage issues and replaced it with a patio area.Our project manager, Chris R., was great - friendly, attentive and responsive. There were a few snags along the way, but the crews did good work overall and we're happy with the results.

We hired LFM Remodelling to do a renovation project in December 2022. The project included upgrading half bath to a full bathroom and converting the bonus area into a game room & a bedroom. Starting from a detailed, clear, prompt and competitive quote, everything LFM Remodelling did was a top notch.Our Project Manager, Tommy, was always in touch (messages, calls, emails and in person) throughout the whole project. We were fully informed about the status, progress and plan for what was next. We were asked about our preferences and felt fully in charge of all decisions. Tommy, Jose and everyone on the team were very professional, courteous and just very nice people to talk to. The team did far beyond what you regularly expect from a contractor company. For example, Tommy personally delivered some materials we purchased back to the shop to get us a refund (the materials were truck-delivered by the shop and we could not easily return them as they did not fit into any regular car).The project was completed even a bit earlier than originally expected. The bathroom and game/bedroom ended up to be perfect! Chris did an excellent job of project management, communicating with us and responding to our concerns. They were very good in taking care of any problems. In the end the job was done to everyone’s satisfaction.Why only 4 stars?Some of the workers didn’t understand what was needed. For example we were told get 2 gallons of wall paint and one gallon of ceiling paint. After the painter left they were getting ready to install the baseboards, I asked “shouldn’t you finish painting the walls?” Jose responded “they are painted.” The painter used 1/2 gallon of ceiling paint everywhere. So he had him repaint with the correct paint.In the end the 5 week job took a bit longer, partly because of the material we chose. Some of the workers did not seem to take pride in their work, or were more interested in completing the task than making sure it was done correctly.Service: Bathroom remodeling
