The owner performed a thorough inspection from the roof and found items a prior company completely missed using a drone. They spend time ensuring you understand what the true status is and don't push for any unecessary repairs.They even came back out, in between the quote and scheduled work to do another walk after a hail storm the night before.Along with the repairs, they performed additional preventative maintenance and even cleaned out all of the gutters.Would highly recommend!

Sean quickly identified the issue and was able to apply a patch until the problem could be fixed completely. He was very through and explained the issue with pictures. I would like to give much accolades to Sean Crain and his 10 man crew at LoveRain Roofing. They came in Monday the 29th of January at 7:00 am sharp and finished up at 3:30 pm in the afternoon. They were prompt, concise, quick, and conscientious about the quality of work they performed. Afterwards, they were fastidious with their clean up and probably left it cleaner than before they started. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the quality of their workmanship. We also love the color we chose for our roof as well. I’m glad we had color options. I would highly recommend LoveRain for any roofing job.

Sean came out to inspect our roof for minor repairs. The inspection and report was very thorough. In addition, Sean suggested washing the roof with an algae remover. We were putting our house on the market and wanted it to look as good as possible, so we accepted the service. What a great job! Our roof looked brand new after the wash. Please do not allow employees to travel to other businesses and put your advertising stickers on top of our logos and advertisements. We get in trouble for this kind of thing and it is extremely inconsiderate. You should contact businesses the correct way if you want to advertise with them, not walk into them and put your stickers all over the place.

Love Rain provided very quick service, and even came and covered a part of my roof that was missing some shingles before the actual repair work was done so that we wouldn’t incur water damage from a storm. I really appreciated that! Mike, who was our service tech, was super nice and thorough, explaining the areas that we should consider tuning up in addition to replacing some shingles that had blown off. I was pretty shocked that the sealants on my two year old roof had already deteriorated. I’ll be calling them back every so often to make sure our roof stays in good shape. We used LoveRain Roof for a minor roof repair after the ice storm in 2023 and they did a fantastic job. We are currently in the process of selling our house. The buyers roof inspector brought up a bunch of roof issues after they didn’t even get up on the roof for the inspection. I called LoveRain Roof as soon as I got the inspection report. Sean and his team came out to our house the same day and did a full inspection of our roof with pictures. He was able to write up a report disputing the issues and saved us the sale of our house and thousands of dollars the buyer wanted to have for bogus repairs. We had needed a new roof for a while and had several people come out for estimates. Jake was the most responsive and helpful of them all. He never made us feel like we couldn’t ask questions and was super present during the job. Materials came fast and they put the roof in on time, I think they even finished a day earlier than expected. Our roof and custom gutters are expertly installed and beautiful - exactly what we wanted. They also replaced the lenses on our skylights and they are amazing. So much better than what we had. LoveRain did an incredible job on my roof replacement and repairs. They were timely, communicative, and had the whole job done in about 3 days (my house is almost 4200 sqft, so it's a big roof). And the roof is now solid with a warranty from GAF. Big load off my shoulders.The lead guys, Jake and Kevin, answered all my questions and were also helpful with my home insurance company with regards to my hail and wind damage claim. It's never fun spending a lot of money, whether it's *only* a deductible or not, but they made the whole process as painless as they could.LoveRain did the work on my neighbor's house and I asked for an assessment while they were there. I had roof sales people come to my door almost once a month for a year and I wanted an opinion from someone who wasn't actively seeking a sale. Jake got up there with an associate and gave me a pretty sober assessment. When I made my claim, he came back and went on the roof with the insurance assessor and conveyed what he found. I felt supported throughout the whole thing. Also had new gutters installed.
