While I did not wind up getting a roof from Mighty Dog North Austin, it wasn't because the service was anything but excellent. Ryan gave me a lot of his time and answered my many questions promptly. He even took drone photos of my garden for me so I could see what it looks like from a bird's view.I like how Ryan allowed me to talk about my preferences and the candor with which he answered questions about "why do you do it this way and not that way?" He won't pressure you into the most expensive product and he respects that everyone has a different look their going for with their home.,

Decent people when they want your money but they are a franchise business. So after a visit on my roof, I could tell they were not as skilled or knowledgeable than other roofers I called for the same work and did not have “20 years of experience” like it says on their website. The owner told me himself that he had “only been doing this for a year”. They are good salesman though. Wish them success in the future but be very careful on who you trust to take care of your home especially when they are up charging 50% of a Mexican roofer who is actually doing the real work. Mighty Dog is just using the Franchises “warranty” to take all your money. But that’s the contractor business.Service: Roof inspection

Personal shout out to Blake from Mighty Dog. After a quick scheduling snafu him and his team were so fast to make things right. Appreciated his honest advice on what ended up being a minor repair. They'll be my first call next time around if need be. Good people at Mighty Dog!
