Michael and Kyle were prompt, professional, and knowledgable. I had a tiny leak in my second floor floating deck (that was created when the house was built -- NEVER BUILD YOU DECK WITH NAILS, PEOPLE!!!!) that was causing a leak in my living room. They were able to pry the boards off the deck without damaging them, and find and assess and fix the leak. I appreciate their hard work and professionalism. We had a 15 year old roof with all sorts of issues. We spoke with 3 different roofers and ultimately made the easy choice of using MKCS Roofing. He was a recommendation from a contractor that we know and trust. Out of the three roofers that we spoke to and got quotes from, MKCS were the only ones who offered to put a temporary barrier over a leak in our roof the day they inspected. Everyone else simply noted the quarter sized hole and said they would fix it when they replaced the rest of our roof. Michael the owner was very nice and also much cheaper than the competition. They removed our old worn out roof and put on a new top of the line GAF roof in one day. They even replaced multiple decking boards because of rot caused by the damaged old roof. We couldn't be happier with both the quality of work and the customer service. Don't call the big name expensive guys when you can hire these guys who use the same products and can get it done cheaper and sooner.
