We can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of this company! We had a very bad plumbing flood that soaked through rooms of our house, soaking through walls and floorboards. This team came in and knew immediately what to do and where to start. They set up huge blowers, a giant de-humidfier, and took readings along all the walls and baseboards. They told us where the water was and jumped into action to start drying it out. They took water readings every time they came back to move the blowers and equipment around, and kept us posted as the readings dropped in each area. We were in over our heads on this huge mess! We wouldn't have even known where to start, much less how much remediation there is to be done!! Without Issa and his team, I have no doubt we would be battling years of mold issues, in addition to warped floors and doorways. The team is kind, respectful (this flood included our master bedroom, bathroom and closet,) and truly knowledgable and experienced. I hope you never need this type of help in your house, but if you do, please put your trust in the THE BEST! You will have so much peace of mind knowing that all the damage you can't see is being treated! A million thanks, five stars and my highest praise to Issa and the entire team!

We had a water leak in our bathroom, which caused damage to our master bedroom and bathroom. Namco came in like a military unit and had it all put back together and painted in a couple of days. The entire master bedroom floors need to be replaced. Bathroom sheetrock rock had to replaced, textured and painted, and trim replaced. They were very professional, safe and well equipped to communicate with my insurance company and assist in my claim. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Josh went above and beyond. He and Chris came quickly to do a water mitigation after I had a huge leak that really damaged my floors. They took out all the wet flooring and worked around my cooking in the kitchen. They put in all the big fans, and then Josh came an extra time because I was anxious to turn the fans off as quickly as possible. Really he was wonderful, and I would absolutely use this company again.Services: Water damage repair, Demolition

Josh and Lawrence were so friendly and helpful. They were very patient with all of my questions and asking showing me the work they were doing. Absolutely horrible experience! I was referred by Clay at Roto Rooter, called and set up an appointment, no response on the day of the appointment, a text the following day was sent to reschedule, I responded and four days later received a phone call, absolutely unprofessional and don't care about getting future referrals, do not use them!!!
