We had damage caused by a storm this year, and after contacting our insurance, we were referred to Orbit Roofing. I was 8 months pregnant and needed to wait until after my son was born. They were more than willing to work with us, and promptly got us in their busy schedule when we got out of the hospital. The work was quick, thorough, and the roof looks beautiful. We had these really old reddish brown singles before that looked awful, and now we have fall and light grey that look so much better. They sent photos when the work was completed, dealt with the insurance for the fungal paperwork, and the entire ordeal was so much less stressful than I expected, which was perfect for us with our new addition to the family. I reached out to Eli with Orbit Roofing on Monday about a leak in our roof that was caused by limbs touching the roof. He told me he'd be fairly busy and suggested I reach out to someone else to get it fixed more quickly. He stopped by Friday the same week, gave me a quote and had his people out Tuesday the following week and got it taken care of right before a thunderstorm. Along the way he kept me posted with pictures of the situation prior to starting work, shared pictures along the way while work was in progress, and once everything was complete.
