Forest and the entire Otis Roofing team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. These guys were extremely quick, responsive and friendly. Best part... I left for work one morning and came home to the sleekest roof in the neighborhood. Cleanup & everything all done before sunset. Could not recommend these guys enough!

When I initially contacted them they were responsive - promptly came and sent a quote. After I paid, the lack of communication began. I had to reach out for a start date. I was given one but the crew showed up one day before the given date without any prior notice. I found out they were in my backyard when my dog was barking and growling. They blocked my garage with a dumpster. They couldn’t move the dumpster b/c the truck had already left. I was stuck in my house all day. The crew worked diligently all day but I was concerned that they were still working in the dark when you can’t see details. They finished the work next day and did a good job of cleaning up. Three weeks later, a third party inspector looked at the roof and noticed that a vent had not been painted and flashing around the chimney had gaps. I asked Otis Roofing to fix, and they sent someone and gave me a picture of the vent that got painted but never responded to my repeated requests to confirm that the gaps were closed. I ended up hiring another roofing company to inspect and close the gaps. I was never given any warranty information or documentation from Otis Roofing. Overall there are plenty of other roofing companies that are more professional than this company.Update: This is a response to the owner’s reply. He said someone should have left a message. I said maybe I overlooked it but when I checked my vm, there was no message. I was told the truck would be back by a certain time move the dumpster to which I said okay. But that time period passed before I complained. I sent an email about it which was never acknowledged. My concern about the blue chalk was resolved by the rain which is why it is not an issue raised in my review. I have several emails to show my requests for written confirmation that the gaps were fixed. When you told me that painting of the chimney caps were not within the original scope, I asked for a quote and suggested that the gaps could be inspected to ensure the work was done. I got no response. If the work was done why didn’t you give me the written confirmation that I sought and why did the second roofing company noted that it needed fastened them. Moreover, I was given an quote which I accepted. That offer and acceptance had no warranty information.

Forest gave us a free roof inspection after we noticed that some of our facia boards on the second story were discolored. Not only did he find that our drip edges in that area had been installed incorrectly causing the wood to rot, he also inspected the various vent areas which all needed to be re-sealed. He gave us a fair quote to fix it all, scheduled us, and completed the job in short order. Otis Roofing provides a great service for a very good value. I had Otis roofing come out and give me an estimate on roof repair. They're pricing was very fair and I had them come out a few days later and replace part of my roof. They did an excellent job matching the shingles and did the work in a timely manner all in one day. I would highly recommend them for roof repair or replacement and I'll use them again in the future if needed.

Otis Roofing came out to locate a leak I had coming through the chimney and was causing my ceiling to need repair every other year. Otis fixed my yearly problem and I can sleep easy knowing my roof is sealed up! After many bids to replace my roof, Otis worked with me to get the chimney sealed up. Joel came by and offered an inspection after the recent hailstorm. He was extremely professional and informative. He provided us with a full report, followed up by phone and came back out to meet with the adjuster. Again, he was prompt and informative through the whole process.
