I had an amazing experience with Ben and Palm Construction. My Dad”s house had not been touched in the 60 plus years it has been there or the 20 years my parents lived there. We took out the carpet and repainted almost all of the house. Redid a bathroom. This was an experience that I completely enjoyed and didn’t know it could be so fun and couldn’t wait to see the finished projects each time. We were looking to add a patio to our existing 10x10 cement slab and Ben gave us many economical options. We are thoroughly pleased with our 10x10 and 10x15 wooden decks. He was in constant contact with the us and finished the project in a week. We will definitely be calling him back for future projects.

Had a great experience working with Ben and Palm construction on my recent fencing project. I had over 260 linear feet of fencing and he provided the most competitive price compared to other local fencing companies and added in a retaining wall. The building was excellent quality and resulted in a beautiful horizontal fence. Even after there was a slight mix up at the end of the project he worked with me to resolve it and offered a prompt resolution. Highly recommend for any fencing or construction needs! I called Palm construction for a flooring estimate for the majority of my home. Ben came out and listened to my needs and quoted me a good price. After are visit he contacted me with an even better quality material and asked if I liked it better. He did not upcharge me and the crew worked hard to get it installed and finished when they said they would. The floors turned out great and Ben was easy to work with. I will definitely call Palm construction for my next home upgrade

I had a very good experience with Palm Construction. They remodeled/renovated my house first. They got me everything I asked for and more. I was also able to buy extra things that I wanted installed and they were able to accomplish those tasks perfectly. After seeing how beautiful my house turned out I decided to get a screened in back deck with extra decking outside the screened in part. My house is so beautiful now and am very happy with everything! I will definitely hire them in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great construction company!

About 10 years ago I tried to find someone to repair my deck. Part of it had been constructed out of salvaged materials, and those boards were starting to decay. I only found two companies to give me an estimate, and I rejected them both because they insisted to do a complete teardown and use their favorite materials (redwood or composite, both out of my budget at the time). When my decks really really needed repair, I called 3 companies in my area and only 1, Palm Construction, returned my call. Dean arrived when he said he would and reviewed what sort of work would be needed. The estimate was about what I figured it would be. Dean asked all the right questions and let me and my spouse know how the project would progress and what other services Palm could offer. The first deck was repaired and stained, and the small upper deck which was exposed to the elements, was replaced with a durable composite. Since the railings were also wobbly and totally unsafe, they were replaced with sturdier materials. Next, the flooring in my kitchen had seen some rough times and was scarred and difficult to clean, so I was delighted to learn that embossed planking with the look of natural wood was within my budget. It was completed in one day and is a thing of beauty. The crews that worked on my home were cheerful, competent and efficient. Dean was available every day to make sure I was informed about the progress and able to answer any questions.The whole project was completed in a few days. The results added value to my home and the contentment I feel when I see the difference is priceless.

Had them come out to give a quote for labor only to install 1,200 sf of floor tile. Like others mentioned, they ask a lot of personal questions, which is unusual. I had quotes from others for between 3k and 3,600. They gave me a quote of 33k! Waiste my time and theirs! If you don't want to work, just say so. You can tell they are a company from California. Doesn't work like that in Texas.They told me they're trying to get established here in Austin, not the way to do it. I'd recommend you to keep looking for another company.
