We recently hired Premium Siding and Painting to replace deteriorated wood siding on our older house. We also had two windows replaced. We opted for James Hardie siding with a cedarmill finish. From start to finish, Premium Siding and Painting was delightful to work with. Gabriel provided multiple quote options for the work we considered. He was always available to answer questions and make adjustments based on our needs.The work was scheduled pretty quickly after we decided to proceed and made our first deposit. Gabriel was very good about providing specifics of when the crew would arrive and leave. The siding crew was terrific. They worked quickly, but also took time to make repairs to dilapidated structures. For example, some of our older windows had partially rotted exterior sills and the siding crew patched those segments. Because our house is older, it's not perfectly straight. Even so, the siding was installed in such a crisp and professional manner that the home's underlying imperfections are no longer visible.During siding install, Gabriel was very communicative about the work, most often texting but also calling for more detailed discussions. Our house needed extra insulation and Gabriel informed us of that need and the associated charges. We never felt that these were surprise charges. Instead, Premium delivered what they promised every time.The paint portion also moved quickly. It was very easy to communicate to Gabriel how we wanted the main color and accent portions to be applied. The team did an excellent job; no drips or patches whatsoever.My wife and I are so pleased with Premium Siding and Painting's work. This was a big project for our home and it came out better than we expected it would. I would absolutely hire this company again.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Premium Siding Painting Company . They did an amazing and professional job with my house , we got all of our siding and windows replaced and they are beautiful ! We also added OSB before the siding which I really recommend.The project manager Joe and installer crew are really nice and also very professional. With this company you don’t have to worry about if they are installing siding and windows the right way. I watched the installers install flashing on the new windows and every piece of siding that had joints. I have done a lot of research on choosing the right company for this project and I’m glad I chose a company that treated my home like if was theirs.

I recently had my siding and exterior paint replaced, as well as replacing some rotted facia board, by Premium Siding & Painting. Gabriel and the crew were very professional during the project’s entirety. They completed everything from start to finish in about a week and a half (excluding weekend).Midway through, I decided to update my front posts. I notified Gabriel and the crew tackled the job addition the next day, no questions asked. The posts weren’t level after install, but the crew remediated the issue immediately without any hesitation. This is a long review, but if you are considering hiring this company, it is worth the read. Let me start by saying I have had bad experiences in the past with contractors cutting corners and skimping on quality. So for my siding replacement, I did a lot of research. I started by listing only elite preferred James Hardie installers with the highest ratings. From there I cross-checked them on Google and Yelp, and this narrowed the list to six. Had them all come out to see the project, asking detailed questions about every facet of installation including my particular concerns re longevity, functionality and aesthetics. Three gave bids almost double that of the other three. Of the three that remained, I felt Joe Jaimes with Premium best understood my goals and had the experience to execute a quality job. My goals were to eliminate the ongoing expense of maintaining wood siding without compromising the home's historic integrity. Essentially, I was looking for a detail-oriented custom approach to the job. I was not an easy client. I know every inch of this house, and I asked LOTS of questions before and during the project. In addition to working with Joe, I also asked for the owner Frank's contact info. I wanted to ensure I had multiple people to reach out to in the event something went wrong.Joe and Frank were without fail committed to doing the right thing every time, even if it meant the job would take a little longer with no extra profit for them. Any possible changes to the price were discussed in advance of the project, and in the end the final price was more than fair-- they did not try to nickel and dime me at all. Also, because I was intent on preserving its historic look, the bay window especially needed a custom approach. As you can see in the photos, the work is beautiful. Curved cuts along the bay roof and angled cuts at the bottom. If you want a job that looks custom and high end, these are your guys.FYI if you are able to take time off during the project, it helps a lot to be on site, especially when walls are exposed and decisions need to be made ASAP. If not, have strong communication with Joe and you should be fine. My communication with the crew leader was not as good, but Joe took charge and everything went exceptionally well.Finally, if you are a woman and the decision maker on projects, you have probably dealt with at least one contractor who was dismissive or condescending. Joe and Frank treated me with the utmost respect and really listened to my concerns and questions; in fact questions were encouraged and thoughtfully answered.In short, I would absolutely hire them again and have already referred them to neighbors and clients (I'm a realtor).

We hired Premium Siding & Painting to replace a roof and wood siding, paint, and repair dry rot. From the beginning of the estimate, Frank was thorough and explained everything in detail. He took the time to look at the project and provider a reliable quote. Their prices were very reasonable for all of the work we were asking for.Once our project was scheduled, the crew showed up on time and did amazing work in every regard. There was attention to detail in all of their work, and his team was able to address every concern or request. I found out about Premium Siding & Paint from Angie’s List. I spoke to Jennifer who asked some questions and then set up an appointment to have Joe do an inspection and give me an estimate. They had excellent customer reviews and I asked them to bid on replacing rotted and damaged T-111 siding on my 37 year old house. Jennifer is very professional.Joe arrived right on time and did a detailed inspection. He talked about what types of things they could do and answered all of my questions. He appeared to be very knowledgeable. Within a couple of days he provided a detailed proposal with Premium Siding & Paints' scope of work. I had also asked Joe to provide me a quote for replacing 8 single pain windows with newer more efficient windows. PSP's price was very competitive vs. big box and another contractor from whom I had also received quotes. I preferred to give PSP my business due to price and them being local and so responsive.It is impossible to see the structure of your home until you rip the old & rotted wood from the house. Salomon and his crew did a very thorough inspection and discovered some rotted 2 x 4's in several locations. There was damage from a previous contractor who'd improperly installed metal flashing around my chimney. These guys are skilled and very proficient. These carpenters went above and beyond and demonstrated why they are the secret weapon if you need to repair your home. They worked very hard for 3 days to: remove siding from 3 sides of my house, repair the rotted wood, rebuild my chimney, install OSB sheathing, install 8 windows, install 8" lapboard James Hardie Siding and finally replace rough cedar over my garage to match the original design of my house.These men were meticulously clean and left my property with all trash cleaned each day and material stowed and ready for the next day. When their portion of my job was complete, they hauled away all remaining material and cleaned up all areas as if they had never been there.The paint crew came in and Miguel, Joel and Jose did an excellent job of preparing the new construction for painting. They were also meticulously clean and the 3 of them were either spraying, painting trim or cleaning up. This is also a very professional and efficient paint crew. It takes skill to spray paint and have it look great while not making a huge mess. This part of the job was done in 2 1/2 days. Miguel told me he has worked with PSP for over 6 years and he and his team clearly know what they are doing. They made my home look brand new and I am so happy with the results. My neighbors love it too.I am very pleased with the results of my remodeling project. I love the way my house looks. This has improved the aesthetics as well as increased the value of my home. This entire process has been a breeze as a homeowner from beginning to end. Premium Siding and Painting just completed residing and painting my duplex, along with installing new fascia. After getting two other bids, theirs was the most competitive. I liked that Joe was professional, wasn't pushy and gave me a fair estimate of the work. When his quote left out some detail, he apologized and asked me if I was okay with the higher cost to cover what I felt needed to be completed. The painters led by Miguel did a great job matching the color on my brick and came back to paint the trim around my garage door the blue color to match my front doors. I would not hesitate to use them again. If I could show a before picture especially of the chimney, you'd see a big difference.Service: Paint indoors

- True multi-generational family-run business that treats you like family.- PSP repaired fascia and soffits, installed OBS sheathing, replaced all siding with Hardie board, and replaced a custom gable vent.- Zero fuss about creating multiple quotes for us to consider different options.- They didn’t scoff when I requested copies of their workers insurance.- After I found repair work on the fascia incomplete, the office immediately responded and Frank (the owner) came out himself to take notes. Instead of being annoyed at the idea of the time and costs to send a crew again, he was reassuringly chipper and said not to worry because revisits are to be expected in construction work. Coming with a sense of ease from the owner, this attitude alone is enough to make me confident to be a repeat [detail-oriented] customer.- Because some rot can’t be discovered until construction starts, Gabriel mindfully added buffers to the measurements as a precaution. Still, some areas didn’t need replacements (which I assumed I’d eat the costs) and other areas needed more replacements (which I assumed I’d be charged), and Frank figured they more or less canceled each other out. Zero extra charges. Zero nickel and dining for a few extra feet here and there.- I don’t think this was intentional, but I’m glad they brought out a different crew to complete the carpentry before painting. It’s not uncommon to send the original crew to ace a job, but I always prefer fresh eyes and fresh mentalities than workers who might feel like their work/ ego was criticized.- Everyone was always thankful (thankful!) that I’d raise a concern, whether it was requesting more explicit language on the contract, inquiries about materials and processes, or reviewing paint designs.- Because we were also getting our roof fully replaced around the same time, I long-windedly expressed concerns about the stages of construction with Jennifer over the phone, and her follow-up email recapping our conversation was total proof that she was truly listening and digesting the specific points I made. (A lot of people in the construction industry completely lack these skills for empathy and communication.)- Siding is level. Siding painting was so very smooth - what talent! My only two complaints are (1) painter’s tape should have been used for hand-painted sections, where paint unevenly ran onto window frames and (2) the gable vent’s back insert could have been shaven down to account for the unlevel framing on the house. Basically, the section where the gable vent is inserted into the house is a little crooked, but PSP could have tried hiding the fact by shaving some of the gable vent’s back in order to rotate it to appear straight in the front.- Beyond being a certified James Hardie "Elite Preferred" contractor, PSP’s integrity, old school values, and long-term perspective has won us over. We’re so grateful to the whole team for helping our aging home get much-needed TLC.Service: Exterior painting

I can’t believe these guys! They did an amazing job of installing two sets of sliding glass doors in my home. The owner, staff, and crew communicated well with me, and made the whole experience top notch.But what really amazed me was the follow through of the owner, Frank. Due to supply chain issues and whatever else, the screen doors that came with the glass doors were wrong. Frank assured me he would make things right. Weeks later, the replacement screen doors were wrong too.Despite Frank’s obvious integrity, I figured at this point it was just gonna be one of those things, and that I’d never hear from Frank again. Months passed, and I had long since crossed the whole thing off my list. And then I heard from Frank! I had the correct screen doors within a week.Man, I wish this guy Frank was also a plumber. And an electrician. And a carpenter. And any number of other service professions. It’s hard to find folks with integrity like Frank’s!Way to go, Premium Siding and Painting!

Frank and his teams did an absolutely amazing job. We told them we wanted exactly what was original to the house, just updated and new (this was due to a picky HOA requirement). Even though horizontal Hardie plank siding is the norm these days, they got us the extended vertical Hardie boards we needed. His crews worked really hard to make sure we were happy and were very pleasant to have around for the days they were here! The painters took extra care to make sure every surface was touched up, even little places I hadn't thought of such as dryer vents on parts of our house that were covered with stone and hadn't been touched by the siding install guys. Everything looks brand new and we can already feel a difference in temperature in the home, something I am really looking forward to for winter. You can see in the photo how dirty, warped, and damaged our siding had been and how beautiful the replacement is now. I would highly recommend this company as they will give you the best price, work very hard to make sure your every need is met, and leave you with a brand new looking home!

I got several bids for Austin contractors to complete a full exterior remodel on my duplex property including windows, siding, exterior doors, and gutters. I chose PSP because they had a competitive, detailed bid, and was also a locally owned and operated company. Due to supply chain shortages, windows were backordered for several weeks. Whenever the supplier kept pushing back the delivery date, Jen at PSP communicated with me on a daily basis. The work began right at the end of December, and despite the crew taking their holiday breaks (as they should) they were able to finish in a timely manner. Every morning, the siding crew lead, Adrian, discussed with me any unique obstacles they faced, how he could solve them, and how the final end result would look. Miguel and his painting crew were diligent with their cauking and fast with the painting. I used PSP to replace the aging hardboard siding on my house with Hardie Plank. I also had them replace all the 2nd story soffit and the fascia on all the house with Hardie and paint all the new work.PSP did a great job. I am very happy with both the carpentry work and the paint. Frank was very transparent and responsive throughout the entire process from quote to finished work. This company is outstanding in many ways. We are building a new house and we did Board and Batten siding on very large walls. The lines are straight and equal. Their work is not only beautiful, they communicate well and respond quickly. After getting three bids, their bid was extremely competitive. Frank was careful to explain the process in detail and why things need to be done a certain way to get the best result possible. Since our builder disappeared, we have had to take up the project and Frank has been very helpful in a myriad of ways through education and counsel in the building trades. Premium Siding uses quality products and they have an excellent warranty (although I sincerely doubt we will need it). I got a couple of quotes for siding and painting, and Premium Siding and Painting were about $3k less than the others and have been doing a superb job. They were able to get a crew out here quickly to replace our very old siding and were done in under 2 days. Then they got painters out here within a week who did quick work to make sure the project kept moving forward. Everyone that has worked on the house has been professional. Their office person, Jen, has been extremely communicative and answered all the questions I have and helped walk me through their processes. All around I couldn't imagine better service.

These guys did a great job! Made all of the repairs to the house in one day and then got all of the painting done in the next two days. My house looks like it was given a breath of fresh air!
