I had a new roof installed by Priority Roofing after finding hail damage on my old roof. Justin was our contact, he provided a fabulous, informative explanation of how the whole process with insurance and repair worked without ever once tripping my 'no hard sell' alarms. Despite some trepidation since this is my first roof replacement, I felt extremely confident working with Justin. The crew that showed up did the job in one day, working hard and staying polite and professional. I have zero reservations about giving them a five star review after this excellent experience.

After a bad hailstorm we were lucky enough to get Jake at Priority Roofing. He did an awsome job. Not only that he was there when the insurance adjuster came out and helped us with any paperwork we needed. Jon Nielsen and Priority Roofing made a bad situation much easier to deal with. Jon dealt with my insurance company and was able to get me taken care of. The work was performed with quality and was very professional. Jon was there every step of the way. There were damages that were not seen initially, and Jon took care of everything. I had other issues with my house, and Jon was also able to recommend contractors in the other areas that were also great to work with. Excellent Service! Just had my roof replaced after fighting with insurance company for many months. We worked with Kirk Richard for several months, he was honest, patient, and fantastic to work with during the entire process. The foreman that worked on the project and his team were respectful and great to work with as well. I never put signs in my yard supporting other companies, however this time when Kirk ask if he could put a sign up I was happy to let him put a sign in our front yard. I have already shared my experience with a few of my neighbors. I assured them if they need a roof to work with Kirk at priority, they will not be disappointed. I have had one other roof replaced in my life since owning homes and I cannot even tell you the companies name. After this experience I will never call another roofing company especially if Kirk is still working for Priority!

UPDATESo they reached out. Someone came out and looked; they came out to repair things the following week or so.They showed up before we agreed and started working without speaking to me or ringing the bell. When I awoke and went to see what they were doing, I found they again had the incorrect type of vent. After unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the roofer on-site. I spoke to his supervisor on the phone and restated what was needed. He said he would "find something to work" (not convincing), and I returned to my day. The supervisor showed up on site, did not speak with me, and installed the part. It turns out it was smaller than discussed, resulting in the less-than-ideal installation shown in my newest picture.When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that was what I requested. If I asked for six inches, why did you cut an eight-inch hole?They did say they would come out again and fix it, but honestly, "fool me once."After my experience, I have no faith in their ability to communicate or execute. They seemed like a promising company, but the devil is in the details, and these guys miss the details.END UpdateI needed some exhaust from my workshop. This is a copy and paste from our Email."I need some vent caps added on the back side of the house, something like this<photo link>I am not married to that style or product; I need to be able to hook up a 10-inch exhaust hose inside. I will need two of them, please."The pictures show what I got; even if the caps could connect a 10" flexible duct (which it can't), the position relative to the joist makes it impossible to make a connection! `I specifically discussed with the forman on the day of the replacement, "Just don't mount them over a joist so I can connect the duct to them." So, in the end, I have two useless holes in my roof! Beware, they talk a good game, but if you are not watching, this is what you get.

I've had two roofs in the span of almost two years done by Priority. First time was a five star experience.Hail hit again last September and this was not a good experience. They made sure to take almost every penny of insurance money and I still haven't gotten work completed paperwork or warranty. The only time they communicated with me was to ask about money.Unfortunately I also recommended them to my mom who had roof damage and she had the same experience. Keep shopping around if you have to get roof repairs.*Update*The representative from priority reached out me on Monday apologizing and asking how to make it right. I asked for all the paperwork to be emailed to me which I received Tuesday. A representative also reached out to my mom. I appreciate the effort but it shouldn't take a review to trigger a response.

I worked with Nathan D on getting an inspection for my mother’s roof which is over 10 years old now! He was very professional and kind and explained everything from inspection to roof installation. My mom isn’t fluent in English so I really appreciate his patience. We never felt rushed and my mom was very pleased. Highly recommend Priority Roofing and Nathan!

Maria Salazar is by far the best roofer I have ever worked with. She inspected a few properties for us after a hail storm and promptly sent us pictures and gave us her report. She was very honest. At no point did she attempt to push a sale or convince us to replace a roof that could simply be repaired. She took her time and answered all questions. Maria is the only roofer we will use moving forward.
