He promptly returned my calls, answered all my questions, and kept me informed about the progress of the project. When it comes to roofing repairs, Proximity Roofing has that rare combination of roofing knowledge, insurance knowledge, and skilled subcontractors. As soon as I called him, Nick came out immediately, got up on the roof, and made a lengthy exam of my damage after it was pummeled with hail. He took many notes and photographs and showed me everything he’d found, including things I hadn’t even considered. For example he pointed out related gutter and windows damage, and water damage to the ceiling in my living room I hadn’t noticed before.Nick made a point of accompanying the insurance adjuster when he came to make his own appraisal. He showed the adjuster all the items he’d found earlier to make sure my insurance covered every possible repair. Ultimately the adjuster agreed with everything on Nick’s list and that’s what went into his appraisal report to the insurance company.Before work started Nick went over each line item in the complex, multi-page insurance estimate. He answered all of my questions with clear and knowledgeable explanations. Then he described each of the phases of the coming process, involving the several subcontractors, how insurance would cover damage that might be exposed after work started, and how insurance companies make their payments.Nick’s personal commitment was amazing. The first evening after work began he noticed my car was blocked by the debris dumpster. I’d forgotten to move the car out of the garage. Nick called the dumpster guy to bring his truck and temporarily move it so I could get out. While we waited he personally dragged the driveway in the dark with a magnet tool to make sure it had no nails before I exited the garage. Sure enough I was able to drive my car out fine. Nick finally went home about 10 pm.Nick always texted me in advance when subcontractors were coming and gave me an estimate of the length of their visit. The subcontractors called me before they came, and in my case the estimates were perfect; each subcontractor came on time and left early. And of course Nick found time to come by and check their progress while they were working. My 2600 square foot roof was done in two days, and each non-roofing subcontractor was done in a few hours, even the ceiling painter.I can’t express how happy I am with Proximity Roofing. This was the second time my roof had been re-tiled and there’s no comparing the difference from the first experience. I strongly recommend Proximity Roofing to anybody in need of that kind of service.

Easy to communicate with...answers calls and texts in less than 30 min .. quality work.. talks to everyone needed on your behalf (i.e. neighbors/insurance/tenants). This is the 2nd house I have had roofed under Nick's direction and am pleased with the work and quality. Thank you for making a painful situation be as seamless as it could be from step 1 to completion. No hesitations/no regrets on y'alls end!
