I can't say enough good things about Tyler and the Austin crew of Roof Right Now! Working with Tyler on our new roof was hands-down THE BEST customer service experience I have had with a contractor. Highly, highly recommend Tyler and his crew. Many neighbors were getting their roofs done due to the hail storm and many of them took 2 days to do it. Ours was done same day...100 A+! Tyler even sent me pics during the process, so I got updates while I was working. Not only an excellent new roof experience, but when we first bought our home, I needed someone quickly to inspect the roof and give an estimate on roof maintenance needed, and Tyler was here same day, so I was able to negotiate that in. He has been very responsive anytime I had any question on roofing over the years, and even came back the next day just to make sure everything was ok. Nobody I know has had a contractor come back after getting paid! No other roofer compares, no other roofer cares more...Roof Right now all the way!

We wanted to get solar for the tax and it’s other, more obvious benefit but we needed the roof replaced as well. First, we’ve found 512Solar specializing in only solar but they collaborate with RRN so we got a referral from them.I checked reviews for RRN and oh boy, was I hopeful that we don’t have to search any further!Tyler came out to check the job the very next day our agent from 512Solar reached out. We have a 2-story house so it’s not the easiest. We discussed what we’d like. We got suggestions on material, options for color, and an impressive quote the day after the visit.Communication flow is outstanding, let it be phone, email, or text. We needed the job done urgently and Taylor even made sure to get the job done on my day off like how I wished for.July 26th - job checkup by TylerJuly 27th - quote & suggestionsAug 5th - material delivery to the roof (before my work hours, again, super helpful arrangement)Aug 8th - new roof in a dayCrew is hard working, kind, and caring.Tyler’s customer service skills are top notch.If you want to avoid any headache and oopses about roof replacement, and especially if you need it done fast, Roof Right Now is the place to go.They play a fair game and they won’t push anything extra on you. We changed our roof with them This July. (By the way, we have been using our roof for the last 17 years. Never had a problem with it). We changed it because we wanted to renew our solar system. Yesterday, during the rain it started leakingAnd they came this morning. They were really responsive but instead of fixing it they said it is not their fault to fix it. According to them it is related to chimney which caused no problem all these years. What a coincidence. I am really disappointed.
