We initially considered RoofCrafters as they were highly recommended by others in the NW Austin area, but we chose RoofCrafters for their installation references, product offerings, and personalized service.RoofCrafters provided timely and detailed quote information and updates throughout, as well as direct support via phone & txt to our sales rep/job manager from beginning to end. Having a dedicated contact was hugely beneficial and helped us feel valued as customers throughout the process.The craftsmanship of the carpentry was excellent (we had skylights replaced, soffits, fascias, and some siding work done) and the re-roof turned out beautiful with Timberline HD shingles and Timbertex ridge caps. Once we were ready with financing RoofCrafters moved quickly to schedule and complete the job. Neighbors also noted during the final roofing work the team worked efficiently to complete before a downpour hit the area. Thanks for protecting our house and investment!Follow up was thorough and they helped us resolve some final paint touch up and dedicated a few hours extra to help troubleshoot exterior lighting & electrical issues that came up during the project. Working with William Rob at RoofCrafters provided me the detailed knowledge and level of customer service I required to replace the damaged roof and chimney on my house immediately. He was able to work my project into the schedule and provided me oversight of the project while I was out of town. Everything from cradle to grave was seamless and I am very happy with their workmanship. On an alternate project they installed a much needed rear deck and demolished the worn out awning which was an obvious safety hazard. Work is provided with a warranty and their level or professionalism is unbeatable. Thank you for taking my worries away!

I had all of my siding replaced with Hardie Plank. My project planner (William) helped me through the entire process and kept me informed throughout. The guys at RoofCrafters did a phenomenal job removing the old weathered siding, inspecting the house underneath to make sure that it hadn't rotted any further, installing the new siding, and painting the entire house. They left the area clean and tidy everyday and the neighbors even had to come by to tell me how impressed they were with how good a job and how quickly it was done. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Excellent quality results from RoofCrafters. We have used them twice; the most recent was a total master bath remodel from cabinets to flooring, countertops and shower. From start to finish was spectacular. They were there when they said they were going to be. The finished project was far superior to what my wife and I had envisioned. The end result was beautiful. We had used them several years ago when we had to have a total roof replacement from wind and storm damage. Same excellent quality and I have never had to have them back out. They worked with insurance company very well. They made a stressful situation much easier. I would not hesitate using them again and have recommended them to family and friends with no hesitation.

I had rotten siding on the rear of my house. After meeting with several contractors I had Chris Cogburn with Roofcrafters look at my project. Chris is very informative and took the time to explain every step of what was involved in completing my project and was very easy to work with. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job; the clean up was good and the job finished was beautiful. I also had a leak between my fascia and my metal patio cover. Chris had his Roofcrafters Fabricators fabricate and install a flashing that completely stopped my on going leak and especially the down pour on my deck when it rains. I love my new roof it looks absolutely great, the installers did a fabulous job and in less time than expected, they cleaned up after themselves every day and were very professional. The only issue I had was communication between the workers and the project manager, they were supposed to have done the roof in sections and the crew was not told this and removed the complete roof the 1st day thank goodness we did not receive any rain during this time, but everything worked out, I would highly recommend RoofCrafters to anyone needing a roof.

I used Roof Crafters to install a metal accent wall on the exterior of a home I am building, and I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. I was unfamiliar with using metal as siding for a house, but these guys were able to walk me through the whole process and keep me informed at every step. The finished product turned out incredible. The Roofcrafters are the worse ever happened to my house. Very irresponsive, did a poor job and threaded us very badly. They trashed my backyard and front yard both. After we cleaned up their mess and having several flat tires, we still find their roofing nails everywhere. Ron their manager was very unpolide, when I asked him to pick up their payment after finishing up and cleaning their mess. However, I had to pay them thier full balance, because of their legal force. I would stay out of this company for ever.

I’ve recently used RoofCrafters for three different projects with great success.1) I had a minor leak by my chimney which had gone unsolved by other companies. RoofCrafter quickly diagnosed the problem as pin hole rust through of the 30 year old flashing. They custom fabricated and installed a new heavy guage, welded flashing along with a few shingles to match the existing roof. All was completed prompty and at reasonable cost.2) I enclosed a covered porch to make a new four-season room. RoofCrafters installed the sheetrock, including taping and texturing ... ready for painting. They worked around my scheduling requirements. All work was done with high quality. Their price was competitive.3) Finally, RoofCrafter installed new Hardiebacker siding on my entire home using a combinatin of HardieBacker shake shingle and lap siding. All old siding was removed and hauled away. Installation was per Hardiebacker specifications, with a few custom upgrades. After installation, they painted the entire home. They worked non-stop from start to finish ... only missing one workday due to heavy thunderstorms. Their price was competitive.Everyone at the home office as well as the individual crews that did the above projects were professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

We recently had Hardie Plank siding installed at our house. We also had a shed in the back yard with rotting doors and distressed siding close to the ground. Chris Cogburn was the sales representative. We love the new look of our house but we expected that it would look good. The thing I am most pleased about is our shed. I pretty much left it up to Chris to do something with the shed. I just wanted it to look better. Now, every time I look out the kitchen window and see the shed, I get a smile on my face. Chris and his guys made it look better than it did when it was brand new. We couldn't be more pleased.

I had RoofCrafters come out recently to install sky lights, and then, during the process, a large tree branch fell on my roof requiring repairs. This was after they replaced my entire roof shortly after purchasing a new home in 2016. Cruz, who I worked with, was very responsive, which goes a long way. Anyone who's tried to get contractors in this city knows that's not common.The roof repairs are unnoticeable from the existing shingles. The skylights are great, and were an improvement over what we were originally looking at (solar tubes). I was surprised to find the cost was comparable. We got these solar powered blinds with them, too, which is nice if I've got a migraine.Anywho, they were great, and if, God forbid, another large tree branch ends up on my roof, they're the ones I'll be calling.

I have to say that I'm a very patient person, however, my patience has been pushed to it's limits dealing with this company.I had a modest job. Replace my back sliding glass door with a pair of french doors and replace an upstairs door with a matching door. Because of the size of the door, it was a custom order, so I was given the estimate of taking 6-8 weeks, so far, it's taken about 38 weeks and I'm still waiting for the final resolution.After about 10 weeks, I called to try to find out what was taking so long... turns out it was a scheduling thing with the sub-contracted door installer. When the installer finally got there, he said that the door was ordered with the wrong swing.... so I had to wait for another order of the door. This time it was about 12 weeks before they came out again. This time, they installed the doors, but they were about 10 inches smaller than they needed to be... Imagine, almost a foot off on your measurements... YIKES! By this time, I find out that my company is moving me and I really need this project completed. Many many calls were made trying to contact they guy who i've been dealing with and I could never get ahold of him... finally, he returns one of my many calls and we get the doors installed. Sheetrock and painting remains. They come out and do the finish up, but at the end of the project, the last contact I had on the project didn't speak any english.When I inspected the work, there was plaster splashed on the wall, parts of the wall was only painted in one coat, so you could even see paint strokes. Parts of their work didn't have texture on it, and now portions of the paint is pealing.... only after 2 weeks. Very very poor quality.So here we are at 8 months later and I'm given an invoice for the full amount... no discount for a job, by their own admission was botched and full of mistakes on their end. I asked for a modest %15 discount.... and of course they are not accommodating that, even though they take full responsibility for everything that went wrong.... just doesn't make any sense to me.

These guys are a bunch of clowns. They've treated my lawn like a trash can. I'm still finding cigarette butts, wrappers, and soda cans weeks after they finished the job. They also didn't adhere to several requests I had made when they said they would. I guess I got what I paid for...
