I highly recommend Skywall Construction as a roofing company.Eric came out immediately after the damage was discovered,guided me (the owner) on specific tasks in working with the insurance company. He also worked directly with the appraiser.Start to finish - less than a month. Workers were on the job over the weekend, just prior to another hailstorm in another part of Austin. Thank you, Skywall!

Loved this company!!! We worked with Craig, he was absolutely so easy to work with. Very personable, stayed on top of things from start to finish, he and his company came highly recommended. They put a roof on the 4,000 square foot building where I have my business. I have had multiple companies try to replace or fix it, it leaked bad everytime it rained for years as did most of the buildings around it. After it was replaced, it has not leaked one drop anywhere, ever. Thats why when I was replacing my roof at home, I had Craig come give it a look. He was very professional, worked easily with my insurance company, did everything he said he would do and did it promptly. I have recommended them to all my friends!!! I have loved working with Eric and his crew at Skywall Construction. For the entire time I've communicated with him, he's been responsive, helpful, and very pleasant. I have had so many questions for him and he has patiently answered every one. He replaced my shingle roof with a metal roof, and I could not be happier. The project took a total of two days including the removal and disposal of the old roof. No damage to my gutters and cleaned the place really well. I could not be more pleased, and I highly recommend them! Eric had been recommended to me by someone else, and I know that she is also thrilled with her roof -- in fact, she is the reason that I decided to upgrade to a metal roof. I had a roof leak and asked a friend for a roofer recommendation. She said she had the best roofer ever....well, her comment turned out to be very true. Eric is the best roofer ever. He was responsive, came out on the same day I called him, the price was more than reasonable and he checked in with me the next day (after a big rain storm) to make sure all was well and to make sure I was satisfied. What more could you ask for: on time, responsive, skilled, priced right and cares about his clients. You don't need to look any further for your roofing needs. Eric worked with me every step of the way as I navigated hail damage with my insurance company. He came and met each adjuster (it was a process) to walk them through the damage and was available for all questions.He was very transparent & detailed in exactly what system and materials he would install in his quote which no other roofer did for me. Each time I asked specific questions about materials to other roofers I was given vague answers about choices and cost. I really appreciated Eric’s calm demeanor and straightforward manner.The work was completed exactly when he said it would, in the time frame he quoted, for the cost we agreed to.
