Following the hail storm damage to my small af house, I had a nightmare experience with my insurance company, mold abatement, shower replacement costs...everything was terrible EXCEPT for the roofing company who helped me SO much with the insurance company, came out in the rain to tarp my roof while my insurance company "haggled" with me about flat roof materials, and came BACK out later for free when a couple of areas looked like they bubbled (the weather had not been sunny enough for the initial application to dry before I started freaking out). They fixed it. They sent multiple copies of paper work for my insurance company. They came out to my house multiple times because I am a high-stress/low experience customer. They fixed hole that was caused by a previous contractor in my bathroom (someone moved a vent and left the hole), recommended and helped me find mold abatement AND a plumber who was able to do same-day repair bc this was in my only bathroom. They took extra time to help me with the knowledge that I had no access to a toilet, bath/shower, living out of my kitchen, basically. No extra charge. No additional fees. Never lost patience with me and my tantrums. Never ignored my messages or ghosted an email.

I can't say enough about the team at Sprout Roofing and Solar. When the recent ice storm hit Austin, our roof suffered some severe damage as a result of some fallen tree limbs and after one phone call, they were out the next day inspecting and documenting the damage on my behalf. Devon, their sales guy, was extremely consultative, informative and a huge help in helping me navigate my first home insurance claim. Due to their timely response and help thoroughly inspecting the damage post storm, we were successful in ensuring insurance covered all of the damages. After they helped me navigate my insurance claim, Devon and the two owners, Dustin & Barrett, reached out multiple times and were in constant communication walking me through the process and next steps. Their crew arrived on time, knocked the job out in one day and did a stellar job cleaning up the job site which my wife and I really appreciated as we have a 2 year old daughter at home who loves to play outside.
