Out of the 15 years of being home owner and working on several house projects over the years, I can easily say that working with Storm Guard on my roof replacement was the absolute best experience I've ever had. They had done some repair work for me a few years back so when my house got damaged from the storms this year, I gave them a call to come check things out. From start to finish, everyone that I worked with on their team was helpul and informative. They handled everything from working with my insurance company, provided clear communication throughout the proejct and did an excellent job on the roof. In addition to being efficient, very knowledgeable, and personable, he’s one of the most effective communicators I’ve seen in my 29 years of home ownership.While Jason was wrapping up a bid for my neighbor’s roof replacement, I asked if he could schedule an inspection of my roof. He immediately completed a free inspection. He discovered that a siding company that had worked on my house earlier had inadvertently shot a number of nails up through the roof overhang, puncturing the roof shingles and leaving exposed nail “spikes” on the roof. David, one of Jason’s project managers, subsequently clipped the nails and caulked the holes *at no charge* when the crew was across the street working on my neighbor’s house.I definitely plan to employ Jason and Storm Guard for all of my roofing repairs and maintenance needs going forward.
