Clint and the whole StormROOF team was amazing. Everyone was very professional and so nice. Clint walked me through the process and it was so smooth from start to finish. All of my questions along the way were answered super fast. The Roof installed is high quality and looks great. The crew picked up all the debris which went everywhere b/c it was a windy day and used a magnet to pick up all the nails. A big thank you to Clint, Elena, Daniel, Nick, and the instillation crew. If these guys come knocking on your door, Def Take them up on the free roof inspection they offer! I talked with Justin and mannn the customer service was excellent. The free inspection found some damage from the crazy storms this year that I didn’t notice. t’s been a crazy storm season in Austin. Justin came knocking on my door offering a free roof inspection and I said “hey why not”. They found damage and showed me a report while explaining that they could get the roof bought by the insurance. I was reluctant at first but these guys are the real deal. Justin came by one afternoon asking to climb on my roof and check for damage form the storms. I don’t think I’ve ever been on my roof. These guys are brave.He was transparent and told me straight up there wasn’t enough damage to get it replaced. It was a painless and professional experience.
