I was very impressed with service we received from Alan, there needed to be some extra work on our house that the insurance adjuster missed. Alan took care of us, seeing to it that the insurance company took care of what we needed repaired. We were satisfied with the job that was done. Alan represented Tarrant Roofing well.

My experience with Tarrant overall was good. My rep David Sterling was on top of scheduling and was patient to work around our schedule during our vacation. He and his crew did a great job with cleaning behind them and made sure to magnetically sweep the perimeter of our home because of our dogs. However, once David wrapped up his portion, I believe someone within their office dropped the ball by not invoicing our insurance company and their payment was delayed. I was called and emailed on many occasions from Baylee at their office along with others with very threatening dialogue and was sent a certified letter stating that payment had not been received and that I was at fault when in fact it was theirs. This was highly unprofessional and uncalled for. I would recommend better communication between their field team and their office staff. Field team gets 5 stars, office and customer service 0 stars.

We started on a good note, but in the end this company was NOT honest & basically overcharged or worst yet, double charged for work that was part of their scope of work. I thought I could trust them & refer them to others, but they showed their true colors. Another black eye in the field of construction & loose-loose scenario for everyone.

The extraordinary level of personal care, attention to details, and just plain good work was so far above my expectations that I can’t even begin to tell you. The Care and handling of all details Including cleanup and fabulous finishing work Was simply perfect. They were responsive, on time, checked all details, super cleaned the grounds and the house outside – – I wish I could hire them to do all sorts of other things.
