Telge roofing representative Shaina reached out to us about potential hail damage and asked if we wanted a roof inspection. Next day she came and inspected the roof. Shaina walked us through the process of filling a claim and explained the difference in roofing materials. We agreed that we take Telge as our roofing company. Once the claim was approved, we scheduled a day for a replacement, based on weather. They arrived on time as scheduled, and began to work immediately. Very professional crew and great service from Shaina. Good communication and responsiveness. We recommend Shaina with Telge roofing for friends and neighbors for the roofing needs.

Along with everyone else in our area, our roof was affected by a horrible hail storm. It was confusing going through my insurance trying to understand what would be covered. After going through my claims department we were denied coverage and told the roof was just old. Thank goodness for Telge as they really came through. They helped to navigate a confusing situation and fought back on the the denied claim. Minus our deductible the roof replacement was approved plus more. Ashley made the process easy and was always a call or text away if I had a question. Highly recommend!

I had contacted 5 local (Pflugerville, TX) 5-star roofing companies and 4 of them performed a complete evaluation of our 20-year-old roof and provided us with a complete job price estimate in writing. The pricing was very competitive among the companies.From my initial consultation with the local Telge Roofing salesperson Ashley, to the total completion of the job, this has been an outstanding experience.
