I've used Texas Home Improvements for several projects since 2019 and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the crews are always efficient and professional. Their site managers were always checking in on the status of the work and ensuring everything was going well and addressing any and all concerns. The project managers always followed through with everything we discuss. So, I have a 50yr roof, cool wall exterior paint on all wood and hardy plank siding. Yes, I'm happy with my home improvement contractor. There many even be more work ahead for them.

The Texas Home Improvement crew did an outstanding job on requested exterior work on our home. They replaced old damaged siding and necessary trim work around the windows making our 29 year home look like new. They were professional and prompt and kindly explained what they were doing anytime I had an inquiry. It was a multiday project and each day they did a great job of cleaning up before leaving. This company will be on the top of my list for future home projects.

Texas Home Improvement did a fantastic job on our house. The salesman came out and explained everything that would happen. The first day the dumpster was delivered, and all the old vinyl siding was taken down. The next three days the guys worked, tirelessly to get the new hardi on the house. The next day they came, and taped all the windows and the house to ensure that the new paint color would not get on my brick. The crew also installed new light fixtures and a new French door that we had bought. On the last day they painted, touched up and cleaned up the the entire yard. Texas home improvement also power washed my entire house and painted my garage door. I would recommend Texas Home Improvement to anyone who wants a quality job done in a timely manner. The crew was amazing and worked hard every day and ensured that they cleaned up after themselves.

EDIT: buyer beware - the solutions offered by Texas Home improvement may be over priced beyond what your insurance provider is willing to cover. I had hail damage on my 1 year old roof, and the price they quoted me was nearly 20k more than insurance was willing to pay. Another Owens Corning certified roofer had no trouble coming out and taking care of it for what insurance was willing to provide.

I can’t say enough good things about Texas Home Improvement and the eight windows they recently installed on my home!Everyone from the initial salesman down to the installers have been professional and courteous during the entire process.All of our installers (Victor, Justice, Jose & Christian) were amazing! They were extremely professional, and super friendly.I want to give a special shout out to Justice and Jose who installed five windows on Saturday and then came back Monday morning to finish the other three. I feel like we developed a fun rapport and had friendly banter throughout the job. Even though I was glad to have all the windows finally installed, I was a little bit sad to see them go, LOL

Texas Home Improvement just installed my new roof and they did a great job. This company is great. They listen, if there are any concerns they fix them. If you want something done they make time for you and then walk you through the process. If you don't like something they change it to what you do like. I think these guys are great and if looking for outside work to be done on your house then I recommend this company. I had the pleasure of working with Eric who introduced me to Rick and then Luis. These guys are a fantastic team so if anyone reaches out make sure you reach out to Eric. Once he sent Rick over here I knew I had nothing to worry about after our appointment. Then Luis came out and explained how we had to fix my framing. This is the team and company to contact when you are looking for your next home project to be done. Texas Home Improvement installed new hardiboard siding and their cool wall paint system three years ago. I must say I am well pleased. After three years the paint looks brand new without any wear and tear. It's easy to clean with just a pressure wash to return it to a like new look. So far the sun has not faded the paint in any areas or dulled its finish. Watching it weather the last three years in Texas weather, from extreme cold to extreme heat, I would say this paint will not need any work for at least seven more years. It is amazing.Texas Home Improvement installation was also flawless. the entire work was done within one week, from removing the old siding, installing the new and painting the entire home. The crew assigned did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area and leaving nothing behind.I have requested a quote for a new patio cover and the price was quite reasonable. I am looking forward to doing business with Texas Home Improvement in the future. Highly recommend this company.Services: Gutter repairs, Exterior painting

Had full siding and back porch screen room replaced. Workers were very professional and quick. Luis did a thorough walk around after the job, and fixed any minor touch-ups the same day. Overall, great experience!

I will start by saying that the work was completed and was done well - I have no complaints whatsoever about the quality of the workmanship or the end product. Two areas where this company could improve: 1. Communication and 2. Honesty. On the communication front, the most time I spent with Texas Home Improvement is during sales; after that, I would get maybe one check-in a day and wasn’t being updated on project sequencing until I asked to be kept in the loop. I also discovered some terms were glossed over (and not provided in writing), which led to a few uncomfortable conversations. Ultimately, we got these issues resolved, so I do have to give credit there, but the communication issues were totally avoidable in my view. On the honesty front, I was told the project would be done when I signed off on it and then, and only then, would my project be submitted to the loan company for payment. Instead, I got a call from the loan company informing me my project had been submitted for payment…before the work was complete. Fortunately, the loan company held payment until work actually was completed. I didn’t appreciate that, as I’ve had this experience with contractors previously who then did not finish the contracted work.In short, I recommend this company for the quality of their work with some caveats: if you choose to do business with them, ensure you get everything in writing and leave no questions unasked.

The entire process was an excellent experience. The financial salesman worked with us to secure financing. They provided a beautiful rendering and all the paperwork that our HOA needed for approval. The workmanship is excellent and the installers were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We highly recommend them.

We had our siding replaced, house painted, back patio installed, and new gutters in front and back. Overall, THI did outstanding work on the project.The first job was siding and painting, followed by patio installation, and gutters after that.There were minor issues in each phase of the project but I think THI was responsive to our needs and quick to resolve any issues that could potentially block the project from continuing.During the siding job, there was not enough boards to cover the planned horizontal siding. The concern was brought to my attention by the foreman and a phone call later to JR resolved the issue like it never happened.When the siding was being removed, TV cable wires became an issue, in that they wanted to get rid of them. So we ended up “cutting the cord” to our cable TV boxes. This was unexpected and I had to buy a new Apple TV device so we could still watch TV in one of the bedrooms. My family conducts business from home so we had to keep the cable line for the internet.Many surface-level repairs were made to the house exterior as a consequence of replacing the siding. This aspect of the siding job was really nice because the repairs were an integrated part of the job. We have an addition that was attacked by squirrels and damaged by rain/water. The repair for this was a small project by itself.The painting was done excellently and looks really nice due to repairs being made to the structure. I enjoy looking at the paint job because it is so seamless and well-done looking. The siding and painting job took 3 days to complete. Sergio brought a good sized team who seemed very skilled and efficient. Kudos to Juan for figuring out how to install the numbers.The next job in the project was to build and install the back patio. A misunderstanding about the type of door delayed the installation of the door by a few days but the time required to build the patio was 2 days, minus the door install. The patio is gorgeous and adds function, beauty and value to our home and back yard. It’s like the patio we always wanted but never had. It’s screened in, has a ceiling fan, and is very comfortable compared to what we had before.Once the patio was installed the gutters could be installed. This part of the project was probably the simplest and most pain-free. There was one question about whether a section of the house should be covered with a gutter and a call to JR cleared that up instantly. The color of the gutters matched the house perfectly.The final piece of the puzzle was to install a ceiling fan in the patio, which was done on time and according to plan. A strange glitch is affecting the medium fan setting. It could be related to a dimmer switch that is used as a master switch for the fan. I am still working with JR to see if it can be resolved but it is very minor and does not impact our ability to use the patio to the fullest.The end result of the project is that its value is greater than the sum of its parts. In other words, by being responsive to our needs throughout the project and managing the project well, THI added value from a service and execution perspective that went above and beyond. The implementation is very high quality in all areas of the project and my wife and I think we moved leaps and bounds forward towards creating a dream/retirement house that we love and in which we can spend many years in the future. Wow! Look at the after and before ( I downloaded them backwards) and you’ll see why I gave a 5 star rating. My house looks like a new house. The painting crew, led by Sergio, was AMAZING! Punctual, friendly, professional—— just a wonderful group of guys! I could not ask for a better result after three months of waiting on HOA approval. Worth every minute!!!!! Bumping the review from a 4 to a 2 due to how quickly communication dropped off after the final product was finished. I had minor cosmetic issues that needed to be corrected, and were recognized by Eric and the team, but nothing ever came from it. There’s a few small holes in the concrete that needed filling, the place was left a complete mess - dirt all over the concrete, small trash left everywhere (metal shavings, plastic caps, screws, etc. - not great for our dog), and a minor miscommunication on the dimensions + fan and light situation that left a particularly sour taste in my mouth, especially after spending tens of thousands of dollars.Eric Cortez has been an excellent correspondent throughout the entire process. My only critique is the two individuals that sold me the product incorrectly explained that the pergola would stretch two feet across the concrete and also mentioned the light/fan situation was up to my disclosure - whatever I wanted I could buy and they would install. I purchased everything and Eric told me they wouldn’t fit the build/ had to re-order and delay the process further.

THI made repairs to my hardee wood siding and painted my home with Texcote Coolwall, a long lasting energy-saving exterior coating. I was so impressed with their work, I had them return to install a new roof with the best quality Owens-Corning roofing products. When I needed them to address a service issue during the worst winter storm in Austin’s history, a crew came out within 24 hours and resolved my problem. Stephen Hines (Sales Consultant), Bobby Adair (Production), and Ram (Installation & Repair Supervisor) are all the wonderful and responsive staff I worked with at THI for both my home projects.
