The Roofer Direct team replaced our roof in December, 2023. The work was done within one day and the new roof is gorgeous. Although the reason for roof replacement was hail damage, Tony Parker and Sterling King with The Roofer Direct had noticed problems with the old roof caused by mistakes made by a previous Austin roofing company - work done in 2009. During the installation of the new roof, Tony’s team had to replace 6 pieces of rotted decking on our roof because of the mistakes made by the previous roofers and corrected ridge ventilation problems again caused by the previous roofers. Tony Parker and Sterling King kept us completely updated about every step of the whole process and worked closely with our insurance company. I am very delighted with everything they did and we love our beautiful new roof. I highly recommend them.

Roofer Direct replaced our roof after hurricane Laura - Austin was great to work with, responded to my calls and got me all of required documents for my mortgage company to release the funds. They did not require any upfront money and did not require payment until I received the funds from my mortgage company - which was actually about 2 weeks after the roof was installed. They showed up when they said they would, actually about a week earlier than was scheduled. Yard was picked up and cleaned of all the roofing debris. The Roofer Direct was a a direct referral from my neighbor. As someone who is more cautious and hesitant from engaging in business from agencies I'm not familiar with, especially regarding roof and home repairs, I trusted my neighbor and decided to give The Roofer Direct a try. I reached out to the individual that was recommended to me regarding a free roof inspection, and as they say...the rest is history. Mr. Sterling King was the Project Manager and direct POC for this job. He was responsive to the many questions I had, he provided clear and concise information, he was considerate of my time, and most of all, he was very aware I didn't know much about the claims process. Sterling made it his mission to communicate his thought process/rational behind every idea, decision, recommendation. He made it a complete educational experience, one that I greatly appreciate. The best part, Sterling was able to do this without ever making me feel pressured or stressed. He was a literally a one-stop shop and took care of EVERYTHING. This review is long overdue. During the winter storms of 2021, my home's roof took a beating. However, working with Roofer's Direct my family and I received a beautiful replacement roof that improved our protection, as well as our home's curb appeal. Jay, Tony, and Rob were a good group to work with. Jay supervised the on-site work for the project with the precision of a military drill sergeant. Tony managed the project to ensure adherence to the proposal and compliance with GAF standards. Robert worked to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product and service provided. Hurricane Laura ripped shingles and a significant amount of felt off our roof. If you have ever been through something like this, you know how difficult it can be to get a good new roof installed in a timely manner. This was the second major hurricane we have been involved with. In both cases, there were many thousands of new roofs needed in the affected areas, and you hear plenty of stories about poor workmanship, high nailed shingles, incorrect shingle colors being used, no re-decking done when new decking was required, etc. etc. etc. Buyer beware!! We talked with numerous roofing companies, but felt most comfortable with the Roofer Direct. They were able and willing to work with us and our roofs specific (and special) needs, and replace over 40 sheets of damaged decking, provide their written warranty, work with insurance to ensure no out of pocket expenses, and answer the wide variety of questions we had. Russ and Gina were great to work with, and Mr. Scott B. was very responsive, answering every phone call I made to discuss specific details of my job, even after working hours. The level of service I received was excellent. I feel very good about the decision we made to go with The Roofer Direct. They communicated well and I believe did a quality job installing our new roof.

Although our roof replacement was delayed due to challenges in getting product, ongoing weather patterns, and the sheer volume of roofing work related to a hail storm, when the crew was finally able to proceed with our new roof installation, they were on time, well manned, and very organized; completing the entire process quickly and efficiently. Roofers Direct did an outstanding job on replacing my roof and seeing that the gutters were replaced as a result of a recent hail storm. We had an excellent experience with the Roofer Direct team. I first contacted them based on Angie's List reviews and they did everything they said they would do, by when they said they'd do it.My (large) insurance company raved about them -- they helped us with the initial claim, kept me up to date on what was happening, and even showed up to help the adjuster with a harness to get on the roof so they could detail all of the issues for insurance company records/photos and prevent any misunderstandings (which they did!). They worked with me on what materials I wanted and we got top-quality products. The team showed up in force and had the roof off and on IN ONE DAY.The estimate was much cleaner and when they did their job it was done well, and made sure that the issues with the deductible were documented in the final tally. They contacted me after the insurance company settled up. It is now a year later and they checked in to see if everything was great, and the worksmanship and materials were excellent and have held up to more storms since. I highly recommend them. From start to finish, the team has been excellent. Tony Parker, my first point of contact was prompt and helpful and was always available to answer questions and keep things moving. His sub-contractor selection was excellent. So good, in fact, that I have since used one of his subs on additional projects in my home. Jay, the project manager, was always the first one there and the last one to leave. I witnessed him on several occasions, picking up trash and nails. Even when we had some issues, the whole team was easy to work with and reasonable. They were expert at navigating and explaining the insurance process and helped make a difficult situation easier. Roofers Direct replaced our roof in 2019, due to hail damage, and did a superb job. Not only in the quality of the material and workmanship, but also in laying out the paperwork for the insurance company. We recently had a massive rain storm that dropped over 5 inches of rain and a small leak developed in some caulking on the toilet vent pipe. Never thought I would have experienced two hurricanes in less than two months, living with a blue tarp for six, and having to navigating a sea of fly by night roofers.
