Just finished installing new windows and couldn't be more satisfied. There was an issue with the house settling over the last 60 years and a border gap on one window required more caulk on one side. We contacted the company and within a few hours we received a phone call from the owner. He was wrapping up a meeting in Round Rock and said he'd be here as soon as the traffic allowed. An hour later he arrived and explained how the house settling over the last 60 years caused the frame to be out of square and that they could install a matching piece of trim. He then checked all the other windows and decided that some of the others could use it as well. His crew came out at 7:30 the next morning and had completed most of the work before we finished breakfast. The windows look great! It’s refreshing to have great service and an owner and crew that were that engaged and eager to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction!

Mike and his team did an awesome job repairing my siding! I had calls 4 different companies prior to contacting Titan and zero luck getting the other contractors to follow through. Great experience with Titan from beginning to end. My 1986 home still had all original windows & siding and I had it all replaced and did a complete change of my house color in the process. Communication throughout the project was good, the window, siding & gutter crews were professional and responsive. The punch-out guy, Jose, was fantastic and cleaned up everything/finished out all the little "to-do" items. A professional, efficient, and friendly operation from top to bottom. Lamar was our sales representative who went through our house with us and the different option that could significantly upgrade both the quality and look of our home. He was extremely knowledgeable but also provided us with different options and configurations that we could choose between. He was thorough but not overly aggressive at selling the windows, and he was communicative afterwards in telling us when the windows were ordered, completed, and ready for installation.The installation was extremely clean and efficient. The team came in, laid down blankets over our furniture, did our 13 windows in 7 hours and cleaned up after themselves. They even helped me move a heavy TV stand upstairs (above and beyond). Steve led a great team who knew what they were doing, and they gave us a nice walkthrough when they were all done to see if we had any questions or issues.Overall, an amazing experience with Titan. Highly recommend to anyone looking for new windows!

I had my roof replaced after a hail storm in Austin. Scheduling with Titan was quick and easy. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly! That last one is super important - I've seen roofing folks leave nails everywhere after the job is done. Not these guys. They cleaned up all trash and thoroughly cleaned up all nails with a large magnet. Thanks for the great new roof, Titan!

We had a lot of trouble with a prior contractor so we were extremely diligent when selecting someone to replace our siding and windows. We had a fairly large job of full siding replacement, all windows, and a tricky sunroom that required larger window openings, moving a doorway and adding a second set of French doors that didn’t exist before. It was a big undertaking. The pricing was comparable to other quotes we got, especially for the quality work they do. We loved that they didn’t take a dime until the work was completed to our satisfaction, which was a big deciding factor when choosing them. It was easy to be satisfied because the communication was strong throughout the project and the owner stopped by each day. They were mindful of keeping our as space clean as a construction site can be. They did a great job and my wife and I were very happy with how everything came out.We ordered the windows in the beginning of the COVID-related supply chain issues. They let us know it would be many months before they windows would be in. We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass door, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. What a difference! I got several bids from the top 3 companies on Yelp in Austin and Titan was hands down the most responsive and gave us the best rate. Joel came out immediately gave us great advice on which windows and siding styles were the best option for us and helped us choose colors. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call.

Had a very good experience working with Titan Siding & Windows. Mike runs a very customer-centric business and made accommodations when scheduling didn't work out for me. I had 6 windows replaced and a back French door. I reached out to several companies for bids, ultimately choosing Titan after they came back the best for their warranty, quality, service, and pricing. They are not the cheapest, but they do offer the best coverage. I went with windows with lifetime warranty. I could not find any other company that would also warrant labor. Day of install, Dennis, Cameron and team of 3 or 4 other guys came by. They did the job pretty quickly. Was quick to address any concerns. You can tell the company culture was to value and take care of the customer. I definitely would recommend working with Titan Siding and Windows.

I am extremely impressed with everyone in this company. My tenant told me 11 windows in the house were “leaking” as there were a lot of water on the window sills. Someone else thinks it might be roof leaking. Mike, the owner of the company, suspected it was just condensation but he needed more pics. He was exchanging text with me at 8pm trying to help me out. He then sent out his experienced tech Stiles to actually check on the windows to make sure. Stiles called me after the visit and confirmed that he thinks it is condensation. This is the best experience I ever had working with any company in Austin area. They will be the first company I would call if I ever need windows, siding or gutters. I highly recommend this company!

We had Titan Siding & Windows give us an estimate on replacing our windows and siding on our steep two story house. The estimate was fair and competitive with all the other companies.The window team arrived on the projected start dates and they did an absolutely beautiful job installing the windows. The siding team showed up the next day and were masters at installing Hardie board siding. They also repaired any mortar gaps that occurred during the demolition of the old siding. The siding looks amazing. The professional painting team finished the project with a perfect paint job making our house look better than new. They went out of their way to cleanup and fix any outstanding problems.Titan Siding & Windows is the best in the business and I highly recommend this honest company.

I ordered a new roof from Titan Siding & Windows, and worked with Jorge. Due to a mistake on my part, I needed to reschedule the roofing until after an insurance inspection could be completed. Jorge's team was flexible enough to push the date back, which saved me several thousand dollars.Installation took 2 days and the workers were professional. The new roof looks excellent, and the cleanup job was very thorough. Jorge personally inspected the work after it was completed and ensured that any of my questions were answered.My experience with Titan has been excellent so far, and I would recommend this company for future roofing work.

I've been around construction my whole life and can honestly say that Titan is one of the most EXCEPTIONAL companies I've had the pleasure to work with. I can go on at length about all the reasons Titan is a great contractor worthy of the highest recommendation (integrity, reliability, quality, professionalism, etc..) but I feel this review would be better spent elaborating on what makes Titan an EXCEPTIONAL company.My wife and I planned / saved for 4 years to do a comprehensive remodel of the exterior of our house which included: siding, windows, doors, roof, framing soffits (for lighting), etc. We essentially were going to do a total "re-build". We had a very clear vision of what we wanted and the task was to now find a company to get us there.We received bids from a total of 4 companies with Titan being the fourth and last company we met with. At our first meeting Chris Harris, Titan chief estimator, spent a couple hours with my wife and I going over every aspect of the project. Chris could have gotten what he needed for the bid much quicker but he took the time to listen and understand exactly what we wanted. Chris is very knowledgeable, no pressure and easy to talk too. Throughout the process Chris was always available and responsive (even the 4 times I modified (increased) the scope). The decision was made and we went with Titan.There is always a level of nerves and stress associated with a remodel project, regardless of size. Did I get enough bids? Did I communicate the scope accurately? Did I pick the right contractor? Not only are you making a substantial investment but your family is going to be living at the job site during the project. How's the staging, scheduling, crews, clean-up, etc. going to be coordinated with daily life?Mike Connors, owner of Titan, understands all the concerns and built Titan on a unique philosophy that eliminates a lot of the nerves/stress allowing primary focus to be on project details. I expected to go through the “three proposals minimum” process, but Titan’s pricing was exactly what I was expecting and response time was quick, so I immediately chose them.I had 20 windows replaced and work was done in 1 1/2 days. We just had Titan replace the siding on our home with the Hardie Board and we are so pleased. From the first time Stiles came to look at our home and give us a price it was a smooth process from there. The framers came to install the siding and they worked from 7am to 7pm! They finished the same day. Then the painters came and painted and were finished in a day. Then Josh came and did a punch list to see if anything else needed attention and we were done! Everyone was very professional and pleasant from the start. Our house looks so amazing after the work is finished! We will definitely use Titan for anything else that we need done to our home.
