I vetted 4 companies for my roof replacement and I chose to go with Transcendent Roofing. My main contact, Will, was friendly, professional, and thorough with his explanation of the materials and the process. He responded quickly to emails and his quote was the most thorough and complete. He also covered possible additional expenses so that there were no surprises after the job was done. The roofers were quick and professional. Overall their quote was right in there with other quotes I received, however I decided to go with Transcendent due to their excellent customer service. No regrets. I highly recommend Transcendent.

Needed a roof inspection after a severe hail storm recently. I was able to get a free inspection from Transcendent Roofing and scheduled the appointment shortly after I contacted them. They arrived on time, sent me the aerial footage, luckily there was no damage from the extreme hail storm. They contacted right after the inspection, reviewed the inspecting they performed, even explained the type of roof material DRHorton installed - supposed to withstand a windstorm up to 60mph, I had no idea and am always appreciative when contractors will take the time to share their knowledge. I will certainly contact Transcendent Roofing if I have any roof repair needed. Thank you for your excellent service.

After receiving 3 quotes for roofing my home, I ultimately went with Transcendent Roofing. They had to really problem-solve an especially difficult part of the roof where gaps had been created over-time. My home is almost 100 years old, so I didn't want to hand it over to just anyone. Their attention to detail and problem-solving skills receive my highest praise. My neighbors agree that my home now pops with the beautiful new roof. It looks wonderful. Had to redo the work due to poor instillation the first time. Corrected it after adding many more holes but we are satisfied with the result. Wish the final result was the first result so they didn’t damage so many panels.If you are in sales you should know the basics about the company, and not tell the customer you have no idea about how roofs work.Lastly, failing to communicate with the customer happened throughout the project. I wasn’t even aware the project was done due to the trash left on cite and the work looking poorly done.They fixed their wrongs but I won’t be going with them again. I live in Manchaca and just had a full roof replacement done by Transcendent Roofing. Chris gave me a reasonable and accurate estimate. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I have a small almost-flat section of roof on the back side of my house with my chimney on that section of the roof. It's been a problem area since I bought the house. Chris discussed several options with me and recommended a great solution to take care of that area. All of the work was done in a superb and timely manner. I could not not be more pleased with the overall project and would highly recommend Transcendent Roofing for any of your roofing needs. Transcendent Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof. They gave us a clear description of the damage to the roof and provided photos that we could submit to our insurance company. The day before the installation all of the roofing materials were delivered. On installation day a crew of 8 showed up and proceeded to replace the roof. The crew worked hard and were very professional. In less than 8 hours we had a beautiful new roof! The crew cleaned up our yard and made sure there were no nails or roofing materials hiding in the grass. Brad kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and he did an excellent job in keeping us informed. He came by after the job was finished and did a personal inspection of the work. He even took photos of the finished roof with a drone! All in all I was completely impressed with how smoothly the job was done. I would definitely recommend Transcendent for your roofing needs.

With recent storms in the area we developed a leak in our aging roof. Our insurance provided us with a dollar amount to get it replaced and a complicated estimate and I was not sure what to do next.Brad was awesome on the phone, talking me through what I was looking at and advising me to seek out the best roof I could for the price insurance would be willing to pay.For due diligence I took a couple of other quotes, but felt at ease the whole time with Brad and the roof and warranty he offered were certainly the best I found!The installation and clean-up were also a breeze, workers were here all day and did a great job with clean-up. Fantastic work! Called Transcendent Roofing out to have a look at our roof. we knew it was going to need replacing- despite hoping and denying otherwise - with all of the issues that we had been having. Brad came out and gave us an estimate and talked to us about the process and we felt like it was the right fit for us. We took a little while to think it over but ultimately decided to make the necessary investment. Transcendent Roofing was able to replace the roof in a few days and it looks awesome. I decided to wait a little bit before reviewing, to give it time to expose any leaks or problems and in this time it has been phenomenal and it feels so good to not to worry about any leaking or ongoing damage. I'm not very together, so I appreciate it when a company is. I got my quote in December, and finally got around to getting my roof done in May (my bad, not theirs) once I pulled the trigger to get this thing done, from start to finish, quote, questions, schedule, roof off roof on.....less than week. In fact the roof off and on took 1 DAY that's it! amazing. The work crew was efficient and clean. They took before and after drone footage. They recommended a ridge vent when I forgot to ask about that upgrade, then they charged me 200 bucks less than the other guys wanted for it. Wish all companies were this professional

We had repairs that needed to be made for insurance renewalpurposes in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Transcendent was recommended by our insurance carrier. Upon contact they responded right away. They were professional, prompt and responsive to our needs as we were sheltering in place. They completed the work in a timely fashion and did not make any effort to inflate their proposal. We would definitely call upon them for future work and recommend them to others. (Other contractors we contacted fell far short -- tried to take advantage of the environment to inflate their proposals.) Transcendent was a terrific partner!

Following hail damage, I hired them to repair roof on my house (home for 21 yrs); insurance covered 98%. Previous to work being initiated, I asked to have a ridge vent cut /covered. This was not done. They removed 2 functioning attic fans and added 4 new attic fans but they did not run the electrical wire to make them functional. Also, one of the new fans had not been securely installed -required another visit.The vent pipe for the hot water heater was not installed correctly. The vent pipe had pierced a small plumbing line (ice maker) and this resulted in flooding of garage and drywall damage to hot water heater closet. This required another 2 visits to repair dry wall damage.
