I’ve read these reviews and mine is pretty much par for the course. Absolutely pitiful. They were contracted by the city of McKinney to redo our street in the historic subdivision. So far they have hit a gas line that caused homeowners to leave, failed to complete the job because they literally lay around in the grass all day, brought a BBQ grill on the job site and had a cookout, left nails everywhere and the best is they are telling delivery guys they can’t drive on the street (it’s open to through traffic). Maybe the city might want to reconsider?

They are doing construction on paving an alley. Taken over 90 days and they have construction trash in street in homeowners driveways and homeowners have been unable to access garages due to their not finishing the homeowners connection to alley. Trucks block roads , are rude and not safe. Seen them drinking on job. This is a City of Dallas bid and I will report them to City Council and Dallas purchasing. Contacted them with no response. Sending photos to City and EPA since their debris is polluting White Rock Creek.

They have been doing construction on my parents alley as a contractor for the city of Dallas in north Dallas for months. Today they created a gas leak in the garage that is very dangerous for my older parents. They have no hot water or heat and have spent the last 10 hours trying to find a plumber on their own and have been dealing with Ramos energy all because of hiring my gas line by this company. They are not responsive and don’t take responsibility for anything.

This company is doing alley rehab between Pueblo and Denmark Drives in Garland. They are the worst. They’ve ripped my internet cabling twice now. All underground utility lines/cables were marked. After contacting City Street Dept and leaving several messages with the city project mgr and no call back called the City Street Dept main number and put me through - basically told me he’s told them to “be careful” and told me to call VesCorp’s project manager - no backbone. It’s the the city’s job to advise their hired contractor and not my job. Called VesCorp anyway to complain and requested a call back - no response. I’m sure they will rip it out again as having to put temp line in again before project is done. They should not be an eligible contractor for any municipality or other project.

drove their equipment though my yard said they would send someone to talk to me and the guy came and told he wasn't going to do anything about it. they also take safety very serious because they let their employees drink while on the job. saw and have pics of a beer can open in the front of their truck. awesome company.

Construction for Santa Fe trail. Trucks continually drive over my yard, block alley traffic for no reason and the drivers are rude. I'm not the only one who feels this way.
