Britt's a solid worker, consistent and careful, and has 2 rare, awesome qualities. First, he's honest about what he can and can't do. Second, and amazingly, he answers his phone and consistently shows up on time. I've had him on the job sites maybe a dozen times and he's never been late... that's something you don't see from $80/hr contractors.
