Adrian arrived on time and carefully checked out each items I had on my lists. The order I placed was to install a kitchen sink faucet but I had questions about more items that I will need handled in the future as well. Adrian answered all of my questions thoroughly, carefully and did not rush the answers so that I understood all of my options completely. Before he did any work, he had a quote prepared for the faucet replacement as well as several other quotes and scenarios put together for me so that I would know what the other items I want to have done would cost me so can budget those repairs in in the next few months.I was very pleased with the transaction today and will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality and professionalism.Cameron T.

Five star review for Brandon Shields. He was knowledgeable and thorough with the repairs we needed. Thank goodness he was so motivated to get us back to a comfortable temperature at the end of the day. He really hustled to get the part, and rushed back to the house install it…… Thus preventing me from losing my sanity. We really lucked out that he was able to fit us in, because it would’ve been a rough night without AC. Great job as usual, Blue Ribbon! I would recommend y’all to anyone.

Frank and Blue Ribbon went above and beyond, spending all the time necessary to examine, diagnose and advise me regarding several plumbing issues. He listened, affirmed, research, consulted with his team of experts, and then identified both problems and solutions. Quick response to my call for help and to scheduling the needed repairs. And they precede the technician’s visit with a text that he’s on the way, with his photo, so you can be confident you are opening your door to the right person. I have been very pleased with Doug’s Plumbing (now Blue Ribbon) over the last 3 years. Recently, Frank did a great job servicing my tankless water heater and water filtration system, and replaced a bad hose bid faucet. Very pleased with the results. Costs are a bit high but worth it.

Blue Ribbon did such a fantastic job with a minisplit install last year that we didn't hesitate to call them when our straight cool unit was in trouble. Our unit was freezing up and Blue Ribbon sent a technician over the next day, Saturday! Luis Aguilera, was phenomenal. He arrived on time, listened well and was thorough, professional, and friendly. We knew our unit was on its last leg and his assessment offered some repair options though replacement was our best bet. We set up the replacement through him which was an easy process.The installation technicians arrived on Tuesday. Very quick for such a busy time of year in the field! Jose Sanchez led the team and he was amazing. The team worked efficiently and finished the job before the expected time. Jose was very friendly and patient with my questions. The crew was respectful of our property and did a great job.I'd highly recommend Blue Ribbon for any one's AC needs. We are so thrilled with them we are planning on utilizing their plumbing services next. Keep up the great work!

We just had a new system installed by Blue Ribbon Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and the experience was exceptionally good. We have lived in our home for 17 years and this is our third A/C replacement (we have two units). We have worked with two previous companies and Blue Ribbon is a much more positive experience because of the knowledgeable and professional technicians they have. We reached out to Blue Ribbon because we felt our upstairs unit was not performing well in spite of an annual maintenance inspection with another company that didn’t turn up any issues. Blue Ribbon did in fact discover a leak and some other problems that were affecting the performance of our unit. They gave us a lot of options including repairing our existing unit with no pressure to replace . Ultimately, we did decide to replace and we really got to see the difference between Blue Ribbon and the companies we used before. Everything was handled very professionally and a lot of time was taken to explain the operation of the unit. Blue Ribbon obviously has very knowledgeable technicians and we feel we finally found a company we will be able to rely on to maintain these critical systems that you can’t live without in Texas. We were paying for check ups but we were not getting the best preventative recommendations with the former company. We are really happy we found Blue Ribbon.

Jude stopped by within 30 or 45mins of me calling the business. Great guy, had a water leak from my water softener system. He checked it out and addressed the leak, cleaned it out before referring me to the company that is unfortunately monopolized to work on the system. Will definitely work with him again in the future. This was my first experience with Blue Ribbon. I had a service agreement with a small local company that had just retired and closed its doors. This company (Blue Ribbon) was their recommendation for the fulfillment of my contract. First of all, they were able to come out the same day. I was not in the middle of an emergency situation, so I opted for the next day. The tech texted me about a half an hour before he got there, letting me know he was on his way. Luis Ortega was extremely professional and kind and even let my obnoxious dogs jump all over him. He did a great job of educating us with pictures and answered all of our questions. Luis made sure to wear shoe covers every single time he came into the house. We are grateful that he caught a potential electrical fire hazard and could correct the situation quickly. We are very pleased with the service and look forward to seeing him in the spring to service our AC unit.
