Anthony was amazing, he always does a great job when he comes to do my yearly check ups. Today he installed a HALO LED on my HVAC system! He made it look clean and explained all of its functions in detail. He also helped me register the warranty, and I cannot express how much I appreciate it. I had a fantastic experience using Parobek for the second time. Gannon and Justin were incredibly friendly, thorough in their explanations, and offered multiple solutions for my issue. Also, their high regard for the company they work for makes me want to use Parobek again. Knowing they treat their employees well makes me feel good about supporting them. Jacob and Mason came to my home to replace a leaking water heater. First of all they were ahead of schedule which is always a good thing. Then they asked if I had any questions going forward, which at the time I did not. They are very courteous, professional and friendly. Throughout the time they were here, I did manage to ask several questions, which they promptly answered. They explained how different warning devices were supposed to work. They even showed me my main line and suggested a repair that might be needed in the future. Overall the experience with Jacob and Mason was extremely pleasant and congenial. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the techs that I've dealt with. Thanks you guys so much, you and your company have been awesome to deal with. If I have any issues going forward you will be my "go to" folks,,,,,thanks again.

First of all I want to say awesome response for a Sunday. We called a 24 hour place that we’ve done business with before, we called at 0800, and they didn’t get back to us till almost noon!!!!! Alexander Garza came out just gave him a brief overview of what was happening and he said ,”okay thanks I got it!”………….Alexander was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. He carefully explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to correct it. When he was done he showed me what he did. The price was very reasonable. Alex Garza is an awesome service tech. Thank you so much. We will definitely use this company again.

Parobek sent a tech within 30 minutes of calling. Michael Rangel worked efficiently and effectively and completed unclogging our septic line in less than an hour. This company has the right equipment to get the job done quickly. I was informed of the work to be done at every step and I felt no pressure. So refreshing to find a responsible and honest company.

Everyone I spoke with in the office was super friendly and helpful in getting a service member out promptly and they made their scheduling and pricing clear and easy to understand. Our service tech was Eugene and he quickly diagnosed our unit, identified the issue, and talked us through our options. He was super knowledgeable, candid about pricing and the pros and cons of each of our options, and very friendly. We will be going back to Parobek plumbing and AC for any more future service or repairs needed for sure!

Shout out to Parobek's Anthony Maldonado!After going though all of April with no A/C (issues on my side), I called a couple of times over a few days and things were rocky. I was somehow cancelled and didn't receive any notice. So I booked online and figured out a convenient date, with quick updates too. I partially understand the slow communication and mix-up since Summer is approaching, but it took about 6 days to get serviced.Once Anthony from Parobek came, he made things straightforward, simple, and helped me figure out a decent outcome. He was casual, friendly, and understanding; finishing the job within an hour. 5 stars to Anthony!

Had a routine plumbing maintenance check and Michael Clark was amazing. He checked on all the bathrooms and the water heater. Found out that the anode rod was pretty shot and was able to replace it quickly and with no hassle. He's very knowledgeable on what he's doing and went above and beyond.

Parobek is very quick to respond when there is a problem. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They truly do put a smile on your face. Nicolas' assistance with our water heater leak was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired it right away and adjusted our water pressure due to it being a bit high with new construction nearby. While he was out, we asked him to take a look at a toilet connection that had been leaking also and he repaired it quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate his assistance with our plumbing needs and that he is so friendly and personable. We will definitely call Parobek again when we have any plumbing issues.

Gannon and Parobek were great as always! Third time we’ve used them and they are our “forever” plumbers. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! Fixed our problem quickly, gave us options and were here 24hrs from the initial call. A++. Had another visit for some AC consults and diagnostic, Al was great as well! Polite, professional, and knowledgeable.. we continue to call Parobek for all of our needs! I’ve pretty much net half of the Parobek team this year, very professional crew. When do I get that VIP card 😂Now AC/furnace all installed, ducts clean! Install team was great. Had a checkup by Jarrett on system today 3 weeks after install and he did a great job making sure everything was running smoothly . 117 degree air from the furnace = warm winter! Second time using Parobek, this time for the downstairs unit. It had gone into safety lockout and would not come on. Called Parobek and they had someone out to our place ASAP.Jarrett showed up and quickly diagnosed the high pressure lockout. Upon inspection, he found the coils almost completely clogged with dust and accumulation. For a very fair price, Jarrett cleaned out the coils and returned the unit to as-new operation. Jarrett also verified no other issues with the unit. Blowing snowballs downstairs now.Jarrett was super professional and knowledgeable. He even returned our hose and sprinkler back to where it was. I had an emergency leak outside the front of my home. I called Parobek and had a good experience talking with the customer service representative to describe my problem and then add me to the dispatch list. The representative explained what I should expect and especially highlighted the upfront pricing policy that the company uses. Within a few hours, the dispatch team reached out to me to inform me of the plumber’s estimated arrival.I had the pleasure of working with Jon Sampson who took the time to explain how the diagnosis would go and also showed his knowledge of the local area by sharing how the soils impact the outdoor pipes. From the first knock on the door to inspecting the leak area, Jon was friendly and thorough with his work. He also was very quick and efficient with his explanations and repair - it is clear that Jon S knows his stuff! At the end, he showed me the great handiwork and improvements he made to stop the leak. I am truly grateful for the entire experience and especially thankful that Parobek was able to help me solve this emergency within 8 hours!I also appreciated the follow up after the work was completed and the constant communication from Parobek throughout the process. They will definitely be my first stop for any future plumbing needs.

Michael was on time for his first appointment of the day. He tried to perform service on our water heater only to find that the AO Smith factory had installed the anode rod too deeply. He did a thorough inspection of the heater and other elements of our plumbing and advised on both good state of conditions and minor improvements going forward. He provided good estimates for future services. He is likeable, knows his business and has good customer service. I welcome him back for those services. Thank you Parobek.

I’ve had to have 2 emergency repairs and Parobek do both! They were at my home within 2 hours of calling! Both Nicolas and Gannon come out. They were super professional, efficient, and explained every repair I needed! Michael did an amazing job taking care of our kitchen sink. He fixed the clog cheaper than their local competitor AND the warranty is 2 years versus 30 days.
