Jesse and his wife are good people in my opinion. It's cool seeing a husband and wife team working together. They communicated with us on our closet project. We had a shelf completely detach from the wall because the hangers weren't anchored properly. We noticed our other closet was doing the same thing. I text Jesse photos and he made an assessment over the phone. His wife then emailed me the terms. Due to circumstances my Wife and I were only available on a Friday. They accommodated our time and showed up today. Here are my observations on them.1. Friendly and don't try to sell you an act.2. As business owners and workers they have good synergy. His Wife handled equipment just as Jesse did. Be it the nail gun or impact.3. They are quick to make adjustments if they have to. The two of them work fast but not sloppy.4. They are reasonable and offer solutions rather than automatically trying to eclipse your budget for more work.5. Jessie and El are fantastic. I had some extra unexpected installation and assembly. They were so gracious and went above and beyond to stay late and get my new commercial oven in place so I could have Easter dinner on Sunday. They are efficient and knowledgeable. Great job!

They did an outstand job installing our new vent hood. They were extremely pleasant to work with and explained everything they were doing. They were meticulous with their work, and they paid close attention to detail. The cost to install was very reasonable. The vent hood looks fantastic. This family run local Bastrop business has two owners who are equally impressive as far as knowledge and effort! We are very impressed with their "git er done" professional attitude in assessing and repairing our expensive Forno stove and oven from Home Depot. They handle all kinds of work and projects and we are definitely having them back for more repairs and fixes. Very trust worthy and seem honest, their prices are extremely fair with an hourly rate and small trip charge to our rural home. Jesse and El came out and installed a new dish washer for me. They responded quickly and came out for an initial work assessment even quicker!The job required doing some delicate cutting into some beautiful cabinetry I would be hard pressed to replaced. I see now that I had nothing to fear. The dishwasher fits perfectly and they insulated it so well that I can’t hear it running! The best part was that they carefully cut the unused cabinetry out and reused it to trim out both the dishwasher and a new oven that I couldn’t get a trim kit for. On top of all of that they even fixed a cabinet door with a stripped out screw under my sink without being asked or asking for an extra compensation.I really appreciated the care and attention to detail that they show. They were very professional and courteous. I HIGHLY them for any handyman type of work you have that requires careful attention to detail. 5 Stars, easily!

Excellent installation of four kitchen appliances. Expert workmanship. They are a husband and wife team, and we couldn't be happier with their work! They explained everything they were doing with each of the appliances. Very personable and customer oriented.They also fixed our pantry door, which has been a problem for a long time. We will use them in the future for any handyman needs.

Appliance Delivery/Installation/Haul-Away (Dishwasher) Service*If I could provide a "10-Star" Rating on this installation, I would!* Originally scheduled to have our dishwasher installed on Saturday, 26-Nov, we received a call on Monday, 21-Nov asking if we were available to have it installed that evening.*Without hesitation, we said "YES" (even though we were away from our residence at the time).*Jesse and El were BEYOND patient in waiting for us to get home before going to pick up our appliance from Lowe's Home Improvement (around 7pm)* After some confusion at Lowe's (they were showing my order had been cancelled) we were able to straighten things out with the Appliances Department. They managed to pick it up and get on the road to our place* Jesse and El were both extremely pleasant and professional during the install, and when we came across a potential "roadblock" (a plumbing fitting was leaking), Jesse was able to fix it and complete the job.* I am most impressed with their "patience and persistence" in seeing the job through to completion!I would MOST HIGLY recommend Rinelli Services and would call them again in the future for my installation needs.

I own a home in the Bastrop area but live out of state. I, luckily, found Rinelli Services through Yelp. Jesse was super friendly and completed what I needed done in a very timely manner. Being out of state he could have easily "found many issues to fix." He was VERY honest and only did the work that was needed at the house. The two folks who came to mount our TV were so kind and helpful! They bought the hardware we needed and got the job done very quickly. With the added price of the mount (~$150), the service ended up costing us about $350. Jesse and El were great to deal with! Their response was very prompt and they went through all the details of our drywall repair, including pricing, prior to coming out.I was playing catch with my 100 lb. Labrador Retriever inside the house and he ran into the wall and put a decent size hole in it. Jesse and El came out and repaired the hole in the drywall, but then also textured that area so it perfectly matched the texturing on the rest of the wall. After it was painted you couldn’t notice any difference at all in that area.They did a great job, communicated throughout the entire process, and their pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future.Service: Drywall repair
