I contacted 360 about an exterior siding repair job. They sent out Ed to come take a look and give me a quote. They did a very thorough inspection of the siding, trim, and soffit. Ed explained the condition of the siding to me and recommended a full replacement. He took time to explain the reason and difference in repair/ replacement. He also identified addition items that needed to be addressed. He quoted me on these and we needed to get them done. He was never pushy and made sure I understood why these items needed to be addressed. The quote was fair and accurate. The price they gave me was the price I paid, no hidden fees.The quality of work from Jesus was super. He worked hard and had pride in what he did. I found very little during final inspection that I wanted changed or fixed. The items I did find were taken care of quickly with no contest. We had siding, trim, soffit, OSB/ Tyvek, roof repair, and painting done on the house.Overall I am happy with the punctuality, craftsmanship, and professionalism of Ed, Jesus, and Charlie. I worked in construction for over 40 years before retiring and I can tell you that 360 Construction knows what they are doing and they do it well. They came by to give me an estimate on rebuilding my deck stairs and repainting the exterior of my house. They asked all the right questions, did a thorough examination, and gave me a reasonable quote. The work they did was excellent. My wife is very particular about painting, and she was very impressed with their prep work and painting. The stairs are sturdy and they even used stainless steel screws so it will last longer than the 30 year old original.Services: Deck construction, Exterior painting

We recently had a letter sent to us by our insurance company that they would exclude our roof due to age and deterioration if it was not replaced. We reached out to 360 to come by and do a third party inspection. They were professional, timely, and helpful with the process. We received a full report with pictures the same day showing the insurance company was wrong. We did not need a new roof. With the report that 360 gave us the exclusion was lifted. While we did not get to give 360 our business this go around, we definitely will be calling them when we do need a new roof. Like so many out there, they could have just gotten in line with the bad report from the insurance company and told us we did need one. I had 3 separate buildings roofed by 360 Construction and Roofing. I mostly dealt with Edmundo and Antone although all of the employees were polite and professional. Each of them maintained in constant contact with me prior to, during and after the job. I had everything explained to me, my appointment time and date was verified with me TWICE! The roofs were the last part of a major construction renovation.The quality of work and clean up was beyond what I expected. Pride and care was taken by every one while they were on my property. I have a few other projects planned and I will be contacting 360 again.

Ed and 360 Construction was so responsive when I called on a Saturday asking for help with what I thought was an area of my roof needing repairs, with a rain storm coming Monday. 360 went and performed an inspection sent pictures, etc via text. I did not end up needing their services, however It was so refreshing to know that 360 was extremely honest and told me my roof was in good shape and it doesn't need to be repaired. I would definitely call them in the future!

Where to begin? From cradle to grave of my home roof replacement, the transaction was flawless! Anton E, was knowledgeable from all aspects of this projects. I know I’m just 1 project of many, but Anton made me feel like I was his one and only customer. I know NOTHING about the insurance claims process, to be honest, I thought for sure my claim would be denied. Turns out, Anton was proficient in my claim and it was approved through my carrier, without additional reviews needed.
