Very happy with Bay Flats! We have a new build home (2020) and had a sudden roof leak. We called Bay Flats Saturday morning and they were out that same day. The project manager Michael was thorough and honest with us. They had us scheduled for repairs the following Monday and the owner came by himself to inspect the work when it was done. I don't usually leave reviews but the service here with bay flats roofing was so outstanding I felt the need to take time out of my day to sit down and write these guys a review and share my experience as a person looking to get gutters installed on my home. I reached out to four different companies through their websites. Out of the four only two responded the same day, one responded two days later and the other not at all. One of the other companies told me that they wouldn't be able to come out for two weeks to give me an estimate. With Bay flats they called me the same day, had some one out the next day for measurements, and the day after that out to install. I worked with Richard to get everything set up, he was very polite and professional. The installers got with me to see how I wanted things to look and gave me the options that would work. They did a clean professional looking install in a timely manner. Overall I am please with the quality, craftsmanship and price this company provided. I really liked the service I was treated very respectfully. I really like that; a lot of the time because I'm a female I get treated like I don't know what I'm talking about and most of the time get a high quote because of it. It's different with BayFlats the project manager Richard went with my schedule he didn't rush me into making a decision. He answered any doubts I had made me feel comfortable and quoted me a fair price. Cheaper than any other roofing company!! Absolutely love the roof and love that the vents BayFlats installed were color matched to the shingles. Very fast work they were done about 3 hours and hauled the trash away. Also appreciated the sweep to pick up any nails that might of fallen; I got dogs so that was super awesome. This was our first experience with a roof replacement, and like some of you that may be reading this, I was a bit nervous. I got several quotes, did my homework, met with and interviewed each company. I had an emergency and was not able to meet with Richard (Bay Flats Roofing) when he initially surveyed my roof to give me an estimate, however, he was the most thorough, the most personable and very professional when we spoke on the phone afterwards. I called Bayflats because I had some damage during a storm. The insurance company closed my claim and I had to fight to reopen it, the process took a year. Richard, the owner, and his step son Michael were so knowledgeable and professional, they stepped in and helped me fight the last couple of months. In the end, I had a new fence and a new roof. They first came and inspected our roof and gave us a quote for a minor repair and maintenance. The cost was very reasonable. We had them perform the work, which was done on a Saturday morning within a few hours. They left the area spotless; not a nail or anything in sight.
