My neighbor talked about the great service Vision Roofing Service company delivered a couple of months and i was also impressed by the appearance of their home. We needed to get a couple things checked on our office's roof including a leak at the reception.They showed up on time and they were able to clearly and honestly explain the root of the problem, and fix it without pushing us towards a more costly solution.I was very pleased with the service.

Amazing service hands down! Mike K. got back to me very quick and was able come out same day. Figured out exactly what was going on with my gutters and fixed them on the spot. Didn’t try to up sell anything, but gave me an idea on other improvements. Local guy who cares about his neighbors. Was not going to write a review but after the 3rd roofing company did not show up and all wasted my time I chose too. Was suppose to show up to my house and never did. Took a day off work to meet them, cost me money, and received no courtesy call or anything. Called to complain and was told manager would call me back which they never did. Raved about there reviews and then wasted my time by not showing up.

Appointment was scheduled between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. I was told someone would call 30minutes before arriving. I called the office at 7:00pm to confirm someone was coming and was told a tech would call me back with the ETA. By 8 pm no one had called. I called to tell them that no one had contacted me, and to go ahead and cancell any future business with me. I took my business elsewhere.Made us wait over 4 hours for nothing. I guess the company did not need our $30k
