I called Rios roofing to help with the installation of an attic fan. Mr. Rios came over and said he could install the fan and pointed out my roof was 19 years old and it was time for a new roof. He also did both of my neighbors roofs. He gave me a great deal but I was even more pleased with the professional team members. They guys were fantastic. They showed up at 6:00am and worked all day. They got the roof completed in a day and a half and picked up everything. Not one nail or piece of trash left behind. I highly recommend Rios roofing. Mr. Rios came out within 1hr after I called them to get an estimate & just the way that Mr. Rios cared about what my family & I where currently dealing with and the reasonable estimate that I received that helped me come up with the decision to contact Rios Construction & Roofing and let Mr. Rios know that I was going with his company to fix my roof. Had a roof put on some time ago. It is still under warranty for product and labor. The first leak I had after it was replaced I called and left several messages before I reached a rude lady in the office. Explained to her what was going on. She said she'd look into it. Never heard back. I call again was told she would talk to him. Took me getting upset and telling them I'd have another company come out and repair it and then come after them legally to get my money back. They had someone out next day to fix it, 15 min fix. Had another issue a few months from that. Had to call several times before they came out. Again it was a 15 min repair. Now I have another spot that is leaking. I have waited a month to hear from them. Again it took me getting upset for someone to come look at the situation. It was his son. He said I'll have someone come out Monday to fix it. Here it is Tuesday and no one came out. I called. Rios himself picked up said for me to call this afternoon when I got home to have someone come out. I called. The lady had no idea what I was talking about. She called me back said his son would call me in a little bit. That was around 3:30 or so today. Here it is 6:28 and no call. Will never suggest thus company to anyone. Infact I do the exact opposite.

I’d give them 1 star but my roof hasn’t caved in or leaked yet so that counts for something. Rafters were not replaced properly on the initial location so the overhang didn’t line up correctly with the adjacent exterior wall. Paint is definitely not their forte. 5 years in and the paint on my facia boards began to peel off. Workers liked to drink bud light on the job. I still find empty beer cans in my attic.There has to be better roofing companies in the Baytown area.

Mr. Rios was very professional and honest and didn't upsale anything. Work crew was absolutely outstanding! All work as done with care and the clean up afterwards was like nothing ever happened! Service all through the process was friendly and convenient.

Seriously called this place 3 times. Never showed up. Called and asked why they didn't show up and they said they would show up next day, which they still didn't. Called back a 3rd time and they apologized and said they would call me back, never did. Third roofing company that has not shown up to repair a roof, all they want is a new roof sale.
