Seth came and gave me an estimate in a timely manner. Once one project was done or almost done I asked about other projects and they were also done in a timely manner. By the time they were done with everything, my house looked completely different. To say I'm satisfied is an understatement!! Seth, Zach and the entire crew were totally Awesome Sauce!!! I met w/ Abram on July 1st after discovering a 'critter' created a hole in my roof. (This company was referred by a friend that had used their services previously.) Initially Abram was very responsive and came out the next day. He walked the roof, took pics, and then met with me to explain with the age of my roof I might considered a complete roof replacement and offered to review my home insurance policy to see if they would cover cost. Sounds good, right? Well before leaving he said I would have an estimate the next day, which was Saturday, so I had no expectations of getting it before Tuesday, as it was the July 4th weekend. I reached out to Abram on Tuesday, July 5th to advise him I was looking for their estimate and provided my email address. Today it is July 11th and I still haven't rec'd a call , text or email from Abram or anyone at ABCO Roofing - there's been no follow up. This weekend my friend that referred Abram asked about how thing went, and I advised her of his lack of response. She then admitted he probably wasn't as attentive as he should be, but was upset and embarrassed that she provided a referral to this company that provided no follow up. Needless to say, I'll be looking for another roofing company.

Had a slightly higher price but price matched without hesitation. They were able to install the roof sooner than anyone else that provided quotes. And kept me up today with the one delay there was due to weather. Not much they could do about that.

This company was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL after Hurricane Harvey they came out looked at my collapsed garage. They never contacted me again to even confirm or refuse job. IF YOU WERE NOT EQUIPPED FOR A JOB THIAT SIZE THEN SAY SO !! Job was completed & we are pleased.
