Wes told us he would have the gate ready in about 10 days but it has now been about a month and he no longer will respond to our repeated calls and texts. Luckily, we are not out any money, however, we have been without a gate for over a month and we are now at square one again

I will give credit where credit is due. By far the best contractor I have found in the area! Responded within 24 hours to my request of a chain link fence installation. Ryan was prepared and ready to work! Came out measured property. Gave him the good to go on 811 dig and he had my project completed within a weeks time! He even came out in the rain which proves commitment and cleaned up my yard after his work. Recommend Ryan and will be utilizing his skill and efforts for my future home projects! I was given the run around from 3 other contractors and Ryan have never once stood me up! He really truly cares about satisfying the customer. He is definitely a needle in the haystack! Wesley and his guys came out to put up a privacy fence. At first it seemed ok, there were some spots that were poorly spaced and they didn’t finish removing the old chain link completely, but we were willing to leave that be. However, a few days after we realized when trying to open our bathroom window (old crank window) that it couldn’t open because they built the fence in the center of the window! This was also ridiculously close to our outside a/c unit. My husband texted him photos and he said he’d come fix it but then stopped all communication. Now we are stuck with a fence in the center of our window, making that window unusable and also preventing necessary work to our outside a/c until, which we’ve now had to push back.I would not recommend Wesley/Ace Fencing at all. He seemed nice and professional at first, even rushed the schedule for us since we have dogs after I said I’d pay cash, but we now have to pay someone to come out to fix his company’s mistakes. He told my husband he would fix it and then wouldn’t respond to any subsequent texts. Please don’t waste your money on this company.Service: Wood fence installation

Please don’t make the same mistake we did by attempting to use this loser. We paid Wes half the bid amount up front back in July, 2020. He set approx. 30 posts, and has refused to do any work since then. He has been extremely rude and unprofessional, and is a pathological liar. I will be taking him to small claims court to recover over $5K he owes us. The aggravation this guy has caused is indescribable.
