I cannot recommend HDP highly enough.Ray and his whole team honestly believe in delivering a quality experience to the client. Our project was far from extravagant - renovating our daughters’ bathroom - but the whole HDP team treated our project like it was their first priority.Ray, the owner, took into account our wishes and budget and came back with a plan and itemized list of materials, cost and timing and walked us through every little detail upfront. He also worked with us to save costs where we could.Regan, our designer, listened to our tastes and preferences and came up with three beautiful design themes for us to choose from. She even pulled material samples for us to seen in person and even put together a 3D rendering of each bathroom design so we could see how the finished project would look like. It felt like we were in an HGTV show!Leslie Henry, our project manager, was at our house practically every day checking on progress, asking for our input on each and every decision, making sure that everything was going as planned. If there were any issues with the work or adaptations to the plan, she was upfront with what needed to change and proactive in coming up with solutions.And the entire construction team - from demo to tile to cabinetry to plumbing and electrical - was awesome! All super skilled, hard working and respectful of our family and our home.And ultimately, the result is stunning. We could not have imagined a more beautiful bathroom.HDP is one of those EXTREMELY rare companies that is honest and accountable, does amazing work and actually cares about their customer. They simply did the work they promised us they would do. And we could not be more pleased with the result.Thank you again HDP! We look forward to working with you again soon!

"Construction Services" that's a joke!! Called and spoke with someone to get a quote for doing a small kitchen reno (mostly consisting of cabinetry and countertops) and flooring -- wood and tile -- installation. Was told it would be 2 weeks before they could even get out to take measurements for an estimate. Okay. The day the estimator was to come out, we received a call that he's on his way, but this was 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time (that was made weeks ago, remember). 45 MINUTES later, someone finally arrives. Now there's no time for the whole horse-and-pony show because I have an upcoming appt. that I CAN'T be late for. The estimator takes the measurements, sees the flooring we already have, leaves a food stained pamphlet about their business, and says it'll be ANOTHER WEEK before the estimate will be ready. TEN DAYS later, get an email that they "don't have the resources necessary to complete your request." WHAT?? From the 1st phone call, they knew exactly what we wanted done and said this was right in their wheelhouse. Now, after nearly a month of my time, you can't even give the estimate, let alone do the project??!! What's really going on? Are you THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY in all of DFW, or do you only do business with a certain type of customer? Ultimately, I had to step back and look at this as a blessing... protection from above shielding me from these UNSCRUPULOUS people. I'd give ZERO STARS if I could. My advice, avoid this place like the plague!!!

HDP did a kitchen remodel for us that we LOVE! The Project Manager, Lesley Henry, handled the job with the upmost integrity, professionally, timely and communicated often. As with any construction job we had a few hiccups and Lesley typically addressed those before we brought them up. Jennifer was extremely helpful and patient in the design process. Both Jennifer's design expertise and Lesley's project management expertise are impeccable!We highly recommend HDP for your next construction job!

Needed some speciality services to repair and level my 2nd story subfloor and lay new flooring throughout most of the house and they went above and beyond to get it done perfectly. They came out quickly to complete the quote and I was able to schedule the work the following week. They arrived on time and did a terrific job. The project was a guest bath small re-model. Job included take down a mirror which was glued to the wall, repair the textured wall, prime, paint, install a new sink base, sink and plumbing. Really happy with the work they did.
