Recently I had the good fortune to have a new roof installed by Rankin Roofing . People , these guys are the real deal ! Friendly and down to earth , yet very professional . They excel in communication - I knew what was going to happen every step of the way ! D.J.Hall did the initial inspection , and sat down with us to explain everything about the process in a way that was clear and concise . He stayed in communication with us thru the whole process . The crew was very polite , and the production manager ( hope I got the title right )! Kaylom Campbell was a jewel ! Very attentive to every detail , and considerate . They were done in a day , and cleaned everything up . I cannot recommend them highly enough !

This roofing company was exceptional. They valued us as a customer and really added that personal connection to their service. We had significant hail damage and walked us through the entire process. Final results are beyond our expectations. Owner even came out personally, to walk the final inspection. He wanted to ensure his team was meticulous in their final product. I had a roof leak in my garage complicated because it was under our solar panels. My old roofer came out, looked at it and wouldn't return my calls. Same experience with another roofer. Didn't get much help with my solar panel company either.My insurance company recommended Rankin Roofing and Solar.They worked with my insurance company and coordinated the removal and replacement of the solar panels after my roof was replaced. The did a professional job replacing my roof and it looks great.

Rankin Roofing & Solar and their staff are amazing. Other than initiating the original claim with my insurance company, I had little involvement with the claims process. Rankin worked very closely with my insurance company to provide detailed information which resulted in appropriate coverage for my roof replacement. Due to a family emergency, I had to postpone the roof replacement several months. Not only was the company flexible, but each member of the team showed true concern for my family, checking in on us several times. When it came to the day of replacing the roof, they were on time, worked efficiently and did a great job of not only replacing my roof but with cleaning up after the work was completed. I did notice a few nails in the yard, a garden lamp that was broken and a sprinkler head that was damaged. They came out immediately to go through the yard again to pick up any remaining nails, they purchased and install all new garden lamps (6 lamps), even though only one was damaged. They also called in an irrigation specialist to fix my sprinkler head. Six months later, one of the wind turbines on my roof was making a load banging noise. I called the company, and they were out to replace the turbine later that day, at no cost. Rankin Roofing & Solar and their staff are very attentive and always willing to help in any way possible. I highly recommend their service.

Not only were they able to get my roof replaced but they also handled staining the fence, painting my garage door, installing new gutters, and they replace all the window screens damaged from the recent hail storm. Josh (owner) contacted my husband about getting a new roof through his new company Rankin Roofing multiple times until my husband finally agreed. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had with someone who my husband has known for about 20 yrs. Josh’s employees nailed a hole through our water line and the cost to fix that was over $10K, as water ruined our master bathroom, master bedroom, and master closet. Mind you we left for a much needed vacation as Josh and his employees started on our roof, only for us to come back from vacation to our house completely ruined! For someone who my husband considered a friend, to BEG us to let his new company redo our roof and take us through hell for repairs on a mistake on his part is absolutely disgusting to say the least. A longtime friendship down the drain because a “friend” did the least to help us fix his and his companies mistake. BEWARE!

I want to thank Kelly and her team/family for helping us out. Our solar panels were installed in 2020, and in 2021 started to produce about half the energy they had previously been producing. I was nervous and unsure as to how to even go about fixing them and figured someone would charge us thousands to do so. Kelly and her daughter (shout out) read our contract, looked at our solar data, and helped get someone out quickly to fix the problem at an extremely affordable rate. The next day our solar production basically doubled. Kelly, thank you so very much for your kindness, for getting us help, and for being an honest company. We greatly appreciate you and what you did.
