Poor customer service from the entire company . The receptionist, the service manager, the 4 technician that we dealt with were all bad. The technician that was sent out was not knowledgeable. He kept calling back to office for help . We waited 10 days for a bid to fix. The bid was outrageously high and then they would not stand behind their work. I had to replacing the unit with 30 days. Would definitely not recommend.

They are selling junk unit. Our brand new AC stopped working from day one and 4 times within 12 months. Very rude and unprofessional! The manager, Steve is a jerk and the other staff is unhelpful and reprimanding instead of apologetic for the inconvenience that we are going through. The manager told us he has seen malfunctioning units among new ones all the time. Wouldn’t use them. Stay away from the store.Service: A/C system repair

Be aware this company charge $85 trip fee, Even if you decide to fix it, this charge will not toward your repair cost, if you do not believe that is what is wrong with the unit and not fix, you have to pay $85. Bottom line no matter what, they will win. They told me my indoor blower maybe weak and cost $399.74 plus $85. I asked the break down on material and labor, the technician called the office and said they do not give itemize, only TOTAL price. Most company if you do the repair, they DO NOT charge you the trip fee on top of the repair cost. Plus he said my blower maybe weak, was not broke. Since I have to pay $85, I did not have a chance to get second opinion, but to go ahead with whatever their charge. I will not use this company AGAIN. I live in Bells and they are in Bells, how far do they drive?

Although we placed at least three telephone calls to Four Star Fabricators and left messages with each call none were ever responded to. We then called Lake Air who responded immediately and fixed the problem.

This company will rip you off. DO NOT use this service. They will tell you there is a leak then tell you that you need a new A/C unit.
