I was extremely pleased with my entire experience with Birdcreek roofing as my neighbors could tell you because I have already told everyone I've spoken to. Seriously Remick was from the start exceptional the estimate was better than the others not only financially but he was on the premises for well over an hour taking pictures and documenting where the damage was and how it was occuring. Then he promised to take over the entire project meeting at the house with the insurance adjustor. First Birdcreek sent letters to the insurance company advising them to speed up their response so that the damage to the roof could be minimized as it was causing damage to the interior of the house.after weeks and more letters they finally responded. Remick met the adjustor here and together they inspected the roof. The damage was accepted by insurance people. The roof was completed without any delay the cost was as expected and there wasn't any debris left not one nail was found. I now have a beautiful and sound roof over my head.Seriously I can't say enough about Birdcreek roofing they were the best!

I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years. Not only are they usually unreliable they are often late, throw in surprise charges, unprofessional and the quality of their final product/service is subpar. Not with Birdcreek Roofing. They were on time, finished my roof in less than a day, the quote was accurate and they went above and beyond to try to help with repairs outside of their scope of work. Chris Hulsey restored my faith in roofing contractors. Before my neighbor recommended Chris, I used another contactor who submitted photos to my insurance company. My claim was denied. After consulting with Chris, I discovered his knowledge and understanding of the business and claims process was above and beyond any other contractor I had consulted. He explained that the previous contractor had not climbed to the top of my very steep roof where Chris discovered more substantial damage and took the photos to prove it. This prompted my insurance adjuster to reopen my claim and send out another adjuster. Chris met with the adjuster to make sure she climbed to the difficult areas on my roof to examine the damage. Thanks to his efforts, the insurance company agreed to replace my roof. Chris closely supervised the entire process and made sure that his crew protected my landscaping and cleaned up after the job was done. The roof looks excellent, and Chris made the process painless.
